Love how fast one touch passes in quick counter, but very risky at defense. I'm still fond of long ball counter when come to defense, just need to find formation with tight position for attack

I am using 3-4-3 formation with Counter-Attack tactic, all of my player is 100 OVR:
- 2 Build Up, 1 Extra Frontman
- 2 Box-To-Box CMF and 1 LMF, 1 RMF
- 1 LWF (Roaming Plank), 1 RMF (Prolific Winger), 1 CF Goal Poacher
I am wondering should I change position of both of my mine B2B from CMF to AMF to increase attack. Would it increase effective of attacking with my formation?

destoyers are important too choose a pacy destroyer buld up arenot that good in defending they just cover the space in a1v1 a destroyer is better

It's game mechanism. High rated managers give better ratings. For example if you use a LBC manager of 70 rating, all of the players will lose 2/3 ratings at least.
