Thanks a lot for watching the video ! Don't forget to check out the discord server of the channel if you're up for it As for the naruhaya and nagi parrallels, of course we see that their auras and pose are similar but even in terms of stakes they're actually just as similar. Both nagi and naruhaya were at their wits' ends, with their back against the wall they make a big realization about what they need to do to become the best. For naruhaya it is to gamble his life away and face the strongest, for nagi it is that he needs to constantly change. In the end naruhaya wasn't able to win because he simply lacked the right mindset and we see nagi asking to himself "when i lose again one day, will i look like him?". So the similar aura may be indicating that nagi will be going through a similar process to naruhaya's...
Its a valid theory and would be very bold for them to lock nagi off and the only reason that nagi is shit is because of the lack of motivation and ignorance so if that doesnt change which is very slim the theory will become a reality Very good theory bro👍
This would certainly be a bold move which excites me. Can you imagine if it happens, then way later in the manga when we do the World Cup arc, it turns out Nagi became a legal citizen somewhere and ends up on their national team and we get a reborn ace Nagi vs Blue Lock and he is just kicking their ass? Would love to see it.
Nagi's playstyle involes "breathing life" into plays and his current ego symbolizes death. So what if nagi's ego is actually both the concept of life and death, or by experiencing "death" in bl terms, his ego will have life but his plays casts death to enemies
Great way of looking at it, especially that many people forget the theme of life that nagi has. I don't fully agree but you're for sure on a track similar to my thought about his ego having "two sides" to it
One thing I found weird about blue lock is not being able to come back and play for Japan after you fail blue lock when a bunch of players have failures in the soccer world then bounce back,They also address this with Snuffy and the same thing happened to him.And look at him now,he’s the best player in the world.Ppl don’t want Nagi eliminated cause he’s a fan favorite and I get that but he has a spinoff and in less It’s just gonna start retelling the same story then I don’t see a reason to still have it post-NEL if Nagi makes top 23.i think the author created Ep Nagi for that purpose as it and blue lock meant to tell two different stories, not the same for majority of the manga.
Nagi the type who alway said "DID I'M HIM" he literally forgot he doesn't need that HIM cause" HE'S WAS HIM" While isagi the type "I'M HIM" Rin out there who was HIM
i do think you’re right about how if he gets locked off, it doesn’t mean his end. nagi is an absolute novice when it comes to soccer. he can and needs to learn so much more about it, that if he loses here he still has sooooooo much soccer to absorb and experience. and can take time doing that, just like all the rest of the players did in the past. and then still become a pro in time. after experiencing club soccer, watching soccer, winning and losing, and so on i mean he literally says before he came to blue lock he had never experienced losing a match,,, maybe if he’s given time to grow and prosper at his own pace, it could work out better or, something big happens and he hits rock bottom, and comes out of it stronger like barou
I think he once again a will abandon his friend the purple hair guy at some point. They are good, but they are obviously better when separated. Reo is too much of a dock rider to push nagi to confront himself and improve
@@fernandoreimpell2818 But Nagi came back and relied on him so it’s not one sided they do it to each other. And right now the narrative is supporting Reo will be the one to drop Nagi.
One little thing to add is that Reo’s original dream was to “win the world cup.” The primary reason why he recruited Nagi in the first place, before becoming obsessed with him. And with the U-20 World Cup on the horizon, he may very well wake up to this fact to avoid being cut-off from the Japanese team.
@@thecuriousboi Kaneshiro loved other characters in his previous mangas and put them through hell lol. Nagi getting obliterated like this wouldn't be surprising.

Bruh. Why does everyone want to see Nagi lose? Every other character who had a slump got through it in one game. Why does Nagi have to last through multiple arcs like I’m tired of seeing people clown on Nagi because he’s going through development. Nagi’s spin off takes months for each chapter a lot of readers will get pissed off if they see Nagi suddenly OP without seeing it in the main series. When will it be time for Nagi to make his comeback? At the end of the World Cup? After the World Cup? I want to see him pop off. I’m tired of seeing people clown on him. Like if Nagi gets locked off how will he gain popularity again? If he gets locked off he won’t be able to play in Japan. If everyone sees him screw up again no one would want him. Like what would be the point of building up a comeback for Nagi in the Barcha match if he’s going to lose anyway? Ego dosent even listen to the association that much. What makes you think he will just role with it? I want him to atleast get back on his feat. Prolonging Nagi’s slump any longer would make sense because: By the end of the PXG game, his SLUMP will be about 100 chapters. THE LONGEST OUT OF ALL THE CHARACTERS. (And even if you start counting from chap 239, that will also be about 50+ chapters as well)... if it extended any longer, it will be boring, too repeated and overdone.... 2. If you can't even gain sth meaningful from playing against U20s of the best clubs in the world, how can you suddenly perform well in the U20 World Cup? Things need to go step by step, even if pol call Nagi a genius. So far, he only gain a temporary flow and a fluke super goal that is non-repeatable. 3. What's the point of building up ACTIVE FOOTBALL+ all the lessons he could learn from Chris and Agi. I mean yeah, he dropped that once, but it would only make sense if he successfully learn that from them, albeit in the easiest game of all. Having Nagi learn NOTHING from them after 50+ days in NEL would defeat the purpose of building all that up. Obviously, even if he managed to score a Hat-Trick in this game, it would be super MEH.... and pretty lame to many of you... (and wouldn't make that much sense too... if someone who struggled to score his 2nd goal suddenly get 3 out of nowhere... even if it's against the weakest team) So maybe what I want from him is 2 assists to shov く learned CREATIVITY and 1 SUPER GOAL to show he REPRODUCE. Learn Despair and has to remind himself to never be in this state again (Making him go scoreless & perform badly = He cannot reproduce a goal at a high level + would mean he would learn ALMOST NOTHING from MC apart from the physical stuff) However, this won't be THAT MUCH OF AN ACHIEVEMENT also. So he still gotta EVOLVE more during U20 World Cup. During the U20 WC, he would be seen as a 4th/5th v choice FW, and maybe 3rd choice AM. (This is alr in case Shidou is somehow not in the team again... sth like play for another national team) So he has to start from the bench.
