This is the information people who compete really need to know. Far more valuable to lap times than another 25% more power.

I would take the HP now and the suspension tuning next. Suspension does nothing on the track in the straightaways which on most tracks is about 2/3rds of the total distance.

@@GaryL3803 It depends on the layout of the track and to some extent the car.
The higher the speed carried through a corner, the less acceleration is required to get to a target velocity, and the longer that is maintained before having to get on the brakes for the next corner etc, etc, etc.
With cars like the original Lotus Elise or even a Mk1 MX5 they are flat out through a lot of corners so simply need more power.
With the lotus, it's not troubled with bubble the standard power especially if it has the MMC brake option from the factory. Incredible car, shame I can no longer fit in it🙇

Suspension tuning is black magic once you get to the higher levels from what I understand

It can look that way depending on your knowledge level and what resources you have on hand, but like anything, there are a ton of large wins you can make before getting down to ultra fine tuning and diminishing returns which are well worth the time and effort - Taz

You need a lot of data to make good setup changes and it's all proprietary or very hush hush, oh and a 7 post rig 🥲
