Hello Scott, Im currently rebuilding thrustmaster Rudder Pedals, meaning I compleatly redesigned and printed it. It`s basically a new set of pedals. Now I want to get rid of the old electronics and integrate a Hall Sensor for the rudder axis. So thats two potentiometers for the toebreaks and one hall sensor for the center axis. Im using a pro micro board. Would be nice if you include some potentiometers and hall sensors in you next video, thanks. PS: Im also in the DCS Cockpit sim group on FB.

Awesome!!! Sounds like a great project - shoot me some pics I’d love to see the redesign
100% - this Tuesday is all about variables, and how to reading digital inputs
Next Tuesday will be a dedicated BIOS episode :) and then after that I can definitely look at doing pots and hall sensors 😃😃

Thank you for doing this! I have been able to set my sim up using Mobiflight, but I really want to know how to make all my stuff work without using someone else’s code. IE radios, switches, gauges! You do a great job getting everyone’s focus as well great job!!!

@@aHornetsNest I’m helping with family for the next few months out of town, I hope to get back and start on the other sim, it will be all on RUclips as well. I am deciding between a G1000 set up (easier) or go ahead and hand build all the gauges. Then when you walk up to it and open the door it will look like a real plane inside.

thanks for this, looking forward to the subsequent tutorials... to see how you interface with cockpit controls as thats what I'm doing/building, helicopter controls.
hope you cover logic shifters (74HC165 ) also.
