My new addiction, viewing videos of mega million dollar homes when I get bored. I prefer the ones with narration the best. You have arrived when you don't put up window treatments to all windows. You probably have your own zip code as well. My greatest fear would be wildlife getting too close. Oceanfront, I will say that about my home next time it rains and I get the deep puddles left in my yard. 😀😀

Love Duxbury...a lovely quintessential seaside town but very pricey. What did this home sell for and what were the property taxes?
