I think this is primarily focused on the story, thus I'm finding 90's vehicles in 1971 and GTA SA Mission Passed theme.

I hope someone convert this to a fully fledged Total Conversion Mod on GTA VC engine instead of relying on DYOM, which is pretty limited by now.
