- A few days ago I’ve received the Sihoo V1 Ergonomic Chair, which replaced my 6 years old Markus from IKEA. My experience for the past couple of days has been amazing. I was used to a soft leather pillow, but now I can tell that the mesh on this one is way more comfortable, it seems to sit on a cloud!

Hi, I'm thinking about getting this chair. The only thing that makes me doubt it is my length, I'm 6'4''. Could you still recommend it to someone as tall as me?
Hey, it's been a month and I was wondering how do you like the chair so far? I'm heavily considering this chair but I'm a bit worried if the lumbar is too aggressive. I sometimes like to sit in a completely relaxed position similarly to a gaming chair with no lumbar, and only have lumbar support when working. Are you able to remove the lumbar support tension completely with the knob or will the lumbar always be aggressive due to the curved plastic/mesh design on the backrest?
Also I heard some complaints on amazon reviews regarding a chemical smell causing burning eyes and the armrest adjustments accidentally resetting when moving the chair. Was this an issue for you? Did the smell eventually go away and does your armrest ever reset? Thanks man!
Hey man! It's been almost two months, actually. Hehe. Regarding the lumbar support, it's a matter of time before you can get used to it. As I said in the video, in the first few days I had a little bit of back pain, but since then I haven't had any more pain. You can lower the lumbar support all the way down and release the tension. You can still feel it, but I think it's a good thing to have. However, you can't remove it completely. I honestly feel much more concentrated while working since I have it. Notice that if you lean back, the lumbar support will be higher. In that case, you can always lower it and it disappears.
I had no problems with the smell. I haven't had any problems with it. The armrests don't have a locking mechanism, and that's annoying when moving the chair because they'll move if you hold them while moving the chair. However, you can still move the chair by holding it from the skeleton. If you're referring to the up and down feature of the armrests, no, they don't reset if you don't move them up or down. Cheers!

I don't know man, I think it suits taller people better. I'm 6 and I wish the armrests could go a bit lower... they're pretty high tbh. The backrest on the other hand is perfect for me but I wouldn't recommend it for shorter people.

@@matdilisio Amazon faisais une remise de 100€, la j'ai reçus les roue de roller (aliexpress) pour bien la finir, c'est juste la meilleur chaise ergonomique dispo niveau qualité prix
Is it possible to change the wheels of my choice?
Yes! You can easily take the wheels off and install new ones, they use the standard attachment.
Is this better for 6ft people or should I just go for the M57?
I'm 6ft and it's fine for me, I only wish the armrests could go a bit lower but I can work very comfortably with it. I haven't tried the M57, honestly I don't really like how it looks and the headrest looks very cheap. I would like to try the Doro-C300, which seems pretty decent for its price (currently discounted at $299). Make sure to watch other reviews about it tho.

@@truckmuncher8998 uff I never owned any gaming chair.. in my opinion there's too much hype around them 😅 and they don't look that good tbh. I would definitely avoid getting them!
This chair has critical design flaw. When leaned back, the arm rest doesn't recline/move backward and you can't rest your arms on the armrest anymore. No where to place your arms if you want a nap.
