I rent an apartment and my rent was to be pay on the 25 of each month,,so march 25 i pay for april,,then on march 27 i got a notice that there was a new owner of the aparment complex,,so when i went to pay may rent to the new company,,they said i didnt pay rent for april 25 to april 30 to them,,they charge 250 plus 75 late fee,,is this legal..??

San Diego and Orange County are beyond insane. At some point, normal inventory levels will return (there's no reason at all to believe that a pandemic fundamentally changed anything about markets) so a lot of people are going to be sitting on a lot of negative equity imo.
One thing you could potentially call a fundamental difference during the pandemic, were the record low interest rates that a lot of owners aren't interested in losing. Inventory could stay low for a long, long time...
@@WIREassociatesExactly. I have a number of properties that have sub 4% rates that I will never sell. Buckle up! It's going to continue to be crazy out there.
