I love the way you’re explaining things, so I can grab some ideas and try in my own games, I learned a lot from this series, actually I’m rewatching it over and try to guess the next moves, peace ✌️
I think posting the FEN of the game is a great idea. It would be really helpful if you could do that in all of your future videos since I like to go back to your games for analysis and theory. I know it is a hard task but it would be even better if you could post the FEN of each game in the description of your past speedrun videos.
Slightly more work on your end, but you can always click his name in the analysis and go to his account's page, and then find the particular game you want in his completed games.
I wish Danya was an E4 player. Watching his 4 knights Scotch games in this speed run has been amazing, but I just have so much more familiarity with D4 openings that I can't really use a lot of the things I learn with much regularity. If I could make a request, it would be a speed run like this where either the London or QG is played every game with white.

Do you know coaches that comment their games while they crush untitled players online? I don’t know any, this isn’t “coaching” content this is a speedrun
@@KnightToRemember this is far from a simple speedrun, I don't know about any other chess youtubers who can so clearly explain everything, there's a lot to learn from his videos.
@@MyDarkMuffin but that’s not what a coach will do, a coach will analyze your personal games and work on things that you personally need, of course he can’t do this in youtube videos so that’s why normally no one pays for this, this is generalized content mainly for beginners and very different from what a coach will give you

I especially love these setups with b3 and Bb2 involved (if black plays Slav or QG style). 2. dxc4 is already really good for white if black isn't careful (most of the time even at 2200+) and d5 is challenging, but both sides really need to know what they're doing

Can someone in the comments help me? At 7:00 wouldn't you rather go King f8, protecting the invasion square on e7, and when white trades once and goes Re1 again, you just move the rook to attack the queen pawns?
@@ignis6144 Sometimes. Especially queen endgames! When I am not fully concentrated or a bit tired I constantly lose or draw, but when I am fresch and alert I normally win positions like an endgame two pawns or a rook up, for instance. I've tried starting with Stockfish's king in the center on my half of the board. The first time I tried I lost, but then I checked with the engine what I should have played and after that I had no problems winning against the machine. You can learn a lot by this method - something that Daniel mentions in his videos as well.
Lol I finished the Bobby Fischer Teaches Chess book in one day. And Ive learn so much more value in one of these 1hour speedruns vs that book. The BFTC book is just tons of tactics without any explanation to how to get into those positions or any strategy in general just tactical puzzles. Phenomenal videos appreciate it!!!
For those who watched previous speedruns, at what rating do people start playing well? These videos are of a pretty good educational value but I’m not an online player, I’m an OTB player and I was wondering if he will play good players or not. Everyone in OTB tournaments has serious openings, no one would blunder a pawn with Ne4 and even the weakest 1100s I know would never allow the bishop trade because they know pawn endgames a pawn down are almost always losing
Danya please get a better microphone and/or add a little more sound treatment in your space. Many of us watch this late at night and the harshness of the sound makes it challenging. You make the best chess content out. Help.
I hope he reads this too, and I'm amazed more people don't point this out. His commentaries for chess com are unbearable because of his broken microphone
@@simonlowrie5731 What I like about Danya is how little he comes off like a streamer, with the obnoxious gamer chairs and LED lights and all that bullshit. But you need to have bearable audio to be a streamer. He should drop a few hundred on a cheap interface and a SM7b that will last for a decade.

I hope Daniel will make a 1.d4 run, as there are only about 20 games with d4 as first move (either Daniel or opponent) in all the speedruns.

Cant you play Bxf2 check at 2:05? Followed by Ng4 check, winning whites bishop with queen on g5?
White can capture the knight on g4 with their queen and defend the bishop and black would be down two pieces

The opponent actuallly did pretty well to hold their own until all the pieces got traded off
Why don't you try winning these endgames against Stockfish? In case you would fail we would all get an interesting lesson.
