He is one of a kind. This piece composed by yoselle rosenblatt is one of the most difficult pieces to sing. Nissim Saal is incredible. He has unbelievable control and it seems effortless for him. I have never heard a voice like his before. His range is phenomenal and he also seems like a humble person based on an interview I saw.
The composition is attributed to Joselle Rosenblat but it appears in a compilation of sheet music that was composed by Cantor Solomon Rozumni who passed away in 1906. Rosenblatt passed away years later.

EXCELLENT!!! Your interpretation of this very difficult piece is spot on. One small correction. Rosenblatt made the piece famous. But it was composed by Rozumni.
One of my favourite Chazanus pieces of all time.
I like that you pay tribute to Yossele's way of singing without merely copying him like a parrot. You bring your own style to it.

Hi ניסים by the way it's a very beginning you did the song you raise me up and there I saw that you could be a great singer unless you prefer being a cancer but you could really be a great singer as well like you said on the radio talk show that you're going to take out a song
I’m not an expert .. however two men who I could compare him to are Roy Orbison and Luciano Pavarotti … still in my opinion Nissim is better. This incredible range and clarity , the lack of strain .. he just blew me away.

תשמע אתה יותר טוב מרוזנבלט
מקסים. אבל למה לדלג על פסוק שלם ביצירה (יהי שלום בחילך..)?
עצה טובה לחזן הנפלא. קבלת מתנה מדהימה (קולית), אבל זה לא יכול להצליח ללא לימודי פיתוח קול (נשימות, דינמיקה, תמיכה וכו') וגם לימודי נוסח שבת וחגים (אם אתה רוצה להצליח גם בבית הכנסת ולא רק בבמות הקונצרטים). ממליץ לך בחום בגלל הפוטנציאל הגדול, להשקיע בזה אצל מורה אחד טוב ובצורה עקבית.
