I thought the spiky circle meant fully upgraded abilities but this time you were offered one base ability and one half leveled ability.
I think that the circles denote difficulty and the icon inside is what you'll actually get. But that's just a guess.
The gun does actually have a dodge: the big powerful shot that knocks you backwards can push you away from enemy attacks. I believe it even triggers abilities which activate when you dodge.
does no one noticed ash's build is so strong 9 hits is almost equal to price's 23 hits 😮

This game reminds me of OG Gauntlet that we used to play on the GameCube but updated and cuter! I’ve always been a fan of Klei games so this looks pretty fun to play. 😄

Ash Took the only heal when he had a potion and half health and then proceeds to die with a potion. That was a pretty shitty thing to do ash.
Could have bought the armor vest too so he could heal Jaz and Price more, especially with that empowered heal. He did make wrong choices here, but they're still learning and the game is on demo. Let's give him a break.
