Hi Australia here.....due to harsh sun and other weather conditions, and the fact most towns inland have bore water ( underground water) which has a LOT of mineralization it dries out hair and skin. When I moved into my area and had my first shower my skin under the shower was slimy, this was because all the natural oils were being striped out ,you can imagine what this did ro my hair,it was in a week like straw. So good soap and skin products to replace had to be brought. Then special hair care products also, but 15 years and my hair is slowely falling out and due to age it is thin,so PANIC.....Your hair care, and the fact I invested in rain water tanks 7 years ago ,..MY HAIR HAS STOPED FALLING OUT AND IS GROWING.....So THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU SOOOOOO MUCH! ......my Grandmother had beautifull hair thick and curly into her ninties ,where she passed away. She had washed her hair once a month, used rain water, and combed her hair ever day with warm rain water ,she used, natural soap to wash it ....what else I do not know but I can only guess all was natural,it was her that segested to my mum her daughter - in - law to wrince my long hair (at the time as a kid ) with cider viniga water .So I can only guess she did also.My hair at 10 year old was long thick and healthy. Now my hair after doing your segestion is thicker healthy and getting longer again.I am now 76 and hopefully going to be as good as my grandmothers.💖 Again thank you. PS...A lot of elderly people in this town have very sparse hair,it all fell out dur to the water.....my friend 10 yesrs older had her hair falling out badly, tried to advise her about the town water and harsh shampoos ,told her to use rain water ,do not know if she is listning ,she is stubborn??????

I am nearly 64 yrs old and have all silver hair now after 7 months of grow out. Maybe it wasnt the best time to try "no poo" method but I wanted to reduce chemicals going into my scalp. 2 things: I discovered I enjoy the clay wash on my scalp but not the rest of my hair. I tried just putting a mild shampoo & conditioner on my hair - (not scalp) and my hair looks so much better. The clay wash feels healthier than commercial shampoo on my scalp for sure. However the clay and vinegar rinse dont always work on the rest of my hair maybe due to the texture of silver grey hair. The other thing is that I bought Mountain Herbs rhassoul clay which is good but tried another brand from amazon for back up and learned an important lesson! The amazon clay stains everything red and looks 100% different. I am returning that. Fortunately I read the reviews before I used the amazon clay (a bit late!) One woman said her tub looked like a "murder scene"....which I think is funny.

For a really nourishing conditioner, my curly/coily hair loves coconut milk, puréed banana with a little bit of oil. Sometimes I will add an Ayurvedic herb to the mix for added hydration.

Just did this BUT instead 1tsp Shea + 1tsp honey + 2 tsp Jojoba + egg. 1h in hair + cling wrap but sprayed a heap of lavender hydrosol before i wrapped it up as the weather is very dry atm. washed out with clay & ACV - added a layer of my natural leave in conditioner + homemade fenugreek infused flaxseed gel = super hydrated hair!!! I just had my 3rd bebe and have been washing my hair monthly- weather has been making my hair extra unmanageable, so def needed this! Thank u for your recipe *I have waist length (usually dry) thick curly hair.

I have been using your hair routine for about three months now and I have noticed the hair in the back that grows down my neck, or is suppose to, is finally growing! It has been only a couple inches long and sticking out like straw for years and now it’s a few inches long and soft and growing along with the rest of my hair! Thank you! My hair his at about mid back length and only as thick as one of your braids and straight as a board! So I am going to try this recipe; it is a bit dry, and I’m sure it will work great! Congratulations on your new addition ❤

I have fine hair but I follow your routine using less oil for the mask. I also make the clay very watery. My biggest mistake over the years was using way too much vinegar and I couldn’t understand why my hair was so dry. I use an egg yoke (sometimes the whole egg), a 1/2 Tbls of dark castor oil and a teaspoon or so of dark rum. But I’ve just started a hair care program since finding your videos so I’ll be trying different ingredients down the road. I just saw your hair gel video and I’m excited to try that since my hair is short and fine so it doesn’t look like I have any body to it. Thank you so much for including us fine straight hair people with your advice. I’m actually going to cancel my haircut next week and see how well my hair grows out over the winter. Congrats on the beautiful baby and your other children.

You look beautiful.Blessing new mom. I have african hair and i only wash my hair once a month. Ive been using vo5 for years. my hair loves it. I like maine and tail too. Every now and then i make my own conditioner. I wanted to tell you i wash my hair once a month or every two months. i have 4 C wool African hair. I started wetting my hair every day and night and i do sunflower rinse and olive oil rinse. I use to use hsir grease but it was breaking my off. So i just do water rinse and olive oil rinse with sun flower oil or olive oil. Castor oil is wonderful for hair, coconut oil, Jojoba oil😊oil. Carrot oil and i use plastic grocery bags to do my hair treatment. Oh avocado oil is good. I also keep my hair covered. I never wear it out. Scarves . Your hair is beautiful. I love your channel.

Are you able to recommend a shampoo? In addition to the conditioner you recommended in your hair wash videos? I was using the clay and aloe. Unfortunately, I just had to pay a huge plumbing bill. It turns out that clay expands in water and P-trap and pipes are not a friendly environment for clay. The plumber reminded me that in the original times when they used hair products that way people didn’t have indoor plumbing therefore it wasn’t an issue. If you were to use shampoo instead of clay, which one would you use?

I had long hair down past my tush a few years back though the ends were not healthy. I do have some waves - relaxed waves. Though I do want long hair again, I do not want it down to my tush again. How do you deal with cutting your hair? Whether at a salon or at home?

“The covid” ??? Or the jab with all the missing ingredients left “intentionally blank” on the product inserts which have been linked to turbo cancers and all the died suddenly’s? Please elaborate which you’re doctor is referencing. Toxins in injectable’s are well known to cause an array of issues. I know of no virus that causes hair loss but if your doctor can provide you with the info, please share it because that would be an interesting read.
