It’s about ten months after your post, I’m right there with you! I am stuck, not allowed to work and going stir crazy at home and these marathons have saved my sanity. And even when I was the hospital for the past several weeks, I couldn’t watch TV the entire time because I forgot my glasses in my car. The Voice Marathons to the rescue…….again!! 😂❤
I've heard a lot of people sing this song, but woman let me tell you, this was BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!! I tell you it seems you sang it without effort. I believe that's cuz you were meant to be just what you are a STAR ✨.
I know I am not the only person who feels the way I do about Tom Jones. I am 64, started listening to Tom when I was a child, lost track of him as I started listening to rock and roll and now have regained my appreciation for truly talented performers. Mr. Jones if you ever read this, know that you have captured the hearts of every kind of person, rock, country, rap and whatever other kind of music there is takes a back seat to what you bring into the world. Real music, for real people who have one thing in common; we all have the same hopes and dreams. Seeing you keep peoples' hopes and dreams alive weekly and year after year, is great and heartwarming but nothing compares with your voice. Thank you for your gift to us, it is cherished and always will be a treasure for the world to enjoy. May your hopes and dreams continue to be fulfilled in the same way that you fulfill us, Tom. Take a figurative bow, as there is no one here to see it, hats off to you.

Tom Jones singing impromptu with Peter Donegan brought tears to my eyes. I wish Mr. Donegan the very best in his career. So many great auditions on The Voice Stage. It's wonderful to see so many deserving talented singers who will get a break in the business. It also surprises me and gives me hope for the many who are starting out so young.
Perhaps I am too much of an 80's child, but to see the tears well up in Boy George's eyes at around 1:22:50, 'cause of the song the girl sang at 1:12:33.... is just priceless, don;t care who says what about his attitude, but he was, and still is, such a legend of 80's culture!

well to me as i raised both my girls just like your dad as long as my kids are happy then im going too be a proud happy farther as a farther i learned its are job to guide you to be good human beings doesn't matter what gender so i'm very proud of you and your sister but most of all im proud of your dad it shows unconditional love for his children to me thats the most important job in a dads life but im just a old man lol i hit 50 and both my girls remind me everyday they are in their late 20's good luck in what ever you do and you both will always have a fan
