The multi-item boxes are a bit weird and are probably better than most rolling boxes. Each item in the list has an individual chance chance to roll when you open the box. One way to think of it is like attempting to enhance 20 items at once and everything that fails will break. That said, I imagine there is some sort of cap to how many items you can receive from one box though.
