I have no gallbladder and am gluten and dairy free, no sugar, low carb, low fat - I have had a pancreatic attack and am having an endoscopic ultrasound next month - I have had an MRI with and without contrast - results, 2 cysts in pancreas outside of two little branches that runs off the main branch - both are very small - hoping to clean up what ever has happened with food and supplements - I listened to some pancreatic dr’s from a hospital in Philadelphia and they said to go easy on onions, mushrooms and garlic as they are hard for the pancreas to digest

All these great foods are supposed to help, but each year soil depletes, these foods have less nutrients than they are supposed to. Address fixing the soil and changing farming practices....bigger picture!

@ why do you say that - both cysts are tiny, only O.75 cm and they are benign - I am having a follow-up MRI January 15th
