Bulletproof,super reliable,economical,very responsive engine 16valve 1.3 l,fun to drive...Have a mettalic green 97 model that i love it.Cheers from Greece
I have 1994 Celica GT4 as a joy ride , an 2018 Auris 1.4 d4d Diesel as daily drivers and a 97 Startlet that bought from an old man for my dates. Its super clean as my other ones , proper , well maintained , not perfect of course considering the age. So I use that whenever I go on a date to filter out the bad ones. Together with my Casio F-91W watch.
@@K_N_44 2018 Auris because it runs with diesel engine and consumption on combine 4.5 and and on highway its 3.8 liter. I love my Starlett that I bought from an old man only 41.000 km and my red Celica gets the most attention. I love all Toyotas.
Got mine today as a winter car. I also own a MR2 AW11. I fell in love with the P9 straight away. The engine so responsive. It's a really quick little car and fun to drive. I was surprised how good it takes bumps. Yes. It rattles a little bit but come on. It's a small 90s economy car. I had a Nissan Micra K11 years ago. The Starlet is quicker and more fun to drive. If you have to choose between both. Take the Starlet.
I have my dream car a Honda integra with a k20 engine. I believe that my 1996 starlet was more fun to drive. Maybe because my integra is auto ? Anyway it’s such a fun car
Similar situation I've got a 1999 S2000 track road car love it dream car, but got a starlet as my daily run around and obv the s2k is more fun but I have loads of fun without risking my licence in the starlet
i have an red Starlet from 1996. i have it now 20 years and not much problems. the only thing is: the red color slowly become whitening. wish that i know what to do about the color.

Best car ever made for economical transportation that is fun
Have one in red 96 model. Really love how it looks and how fun it is to drive it. What exhaust system do you have ? Sounds really good.
It was a custom one that came with the car, I've changed it back to standard now though
@@letsdrivecars You still have the old one ?
Love the so sweet cool sunroof which is super duper very rare with the starlet
Great job man, and great driving! It could be possible for next driving videos to fix a camera on the pedalbox to film your footwork please? :)
Yeah, got to show off that fancy heel and toe
@@letsdrivecars Greeeeat, thank you very much! :D

The finish goes off, usually by time and sun.You can do a detailing for the first layer of the colour, and get back the finish
