OnePlus 7T I stuck on recovery mode my mobile doesn't have OS so what I have to do i don't have pc just I can use bugjaegar app

Pehle koi v recovery flash kar lo.. for example pixel recovery ya fir lineage os recovery.. uske baad fastboot reboot fastboot marne se recovery ke fastboot me jaoge.. fir ek kaam karna jo rom h uska flash-all.bat file ko notepad++ se kholna.. andr dekhoge toh bichme fastboot reboot fastboot command h.. uss line ko delete kr ke save karo.. fir flash_all.bat file pe double click kro hojaega
