A fairy tale kingdom, indeed. Definitely their leaders care more about the welfare of the people than themselves, and this really shows up with a high index of happiness.Who says you can't quantify happiness? A government of the people, by the people and for the people can pay big dividend. Contrast this with Cambodia where their leaders only care for themselves and their cronies, well you know, the result speaks for itself.
