Offer Sutton a reasonable extension (12-15 mill per year with 20-25 mill guaranteed) if he balks at it and wants WR1 money, trade him for a conditional 2025 pick.

Love the channel, you're my favorite for the Broncos ... I think Alex Forsyth will be the starter a center .. He play with Nix at Oregon, and Sean Payton has mentioned Forsyth a few times as far as his opinion of Bo Nix ... As far as Sutton, the time to trade him was before/during the draft .. It makes no sense now ... If we could have used Sutton to move up into the 2nd round ( Sutton and a pick ), that would have been the time to deal him ... i would have loved to get a guy like Edgerrin Cooper or Ben Sinnott by packaging Sutton and a pick .... I think the Broncos are loaded at the WR spot
Johnson Powers-Johnson was drafted 44 overall. So I agree he didn't have the best OL he did have the best center in College.
Yes... JPJ is an elite center, but where are the rest of the Oregon O-lineman drafted in the 1st and 2nd rounds? Bo Nix didn't have an elite O-line at Oregon last year, unless you count his center.

Trading Sutton would really depend on who and what we're offered. Now, if we were offered a quality Tight End, someone dependable, smart and productive similar to Sharpe, that would be something to consider. Possibly a Monstrosity on Defense, someone who can really change the Game and be in the starting Lineup. Or a proven Running Back with great moves and explosive speed that can pick up some extra yardage on questionable play execution. I think those are also primary needs for the BRONCOS to fill.

Nix's stats are over 6 years, 6 different OC's 2 different schools and plenty of different offensive linemen and receivers.
No to trading Sutton. Sutton and Mims will make a good combo with Troy Frankliin. I want to give Nix as many good recievers to throw to as possible. The development of Nix is the most important thing this fall.

Sutton isn’t going to be traded, barring a really really good offer. Every other receiver is a question right now, Patrick with health, Mims not getting much play time, Franklin and Vele rookies, the others are good receivers, but not starters.

I am not convinced Sutton wants to remain a Bronco despite the contract. If he doesn't want to be here 1st, get what you can for him and make a trade. 2nd do a reworked deal but not too high otherwise we have players that want to win and earn $ also

Sutton was upset with the Wilson trade, if he is going to come into 2024 season feeling like the Broncos are the bad guys and still on the Wilson train then please get rid of him, we don’t need someone with a bad attitude effecting the rest of the wide receiver team, we’ve got other talented receivers. If he is over the Wilson trade and wants to move forward with a positive attitude with the broncos then keep him.

In reality Payton chained you guys to some really bad second year contracts with Powers, Allen, Stidham and McGlichey, who are making over 50 mio between the four of them and you have very little to show for it.

Broncos and Patriots were the only 2 teams that didn't have a player that caught 60 passes or more. I don't care who the QB is that's trash. My grandma could have caught 10 TDs if you threw her the ball at the 1-yard every time. Just trade him for whatever at this point. He's old and slow.
