Our cocktail for the evening: Grand River
Ingredients:
2 oz vodka
1 oz fresh lemon juice
1 oz mint simple syrup (or muddle mint in simple syrup)
Mint leaves and a lemon slice for garnish
Instructions:
-Fill a rocks glass with ice.
-Add vodka, lemon juice, and mint simple syrup to the glass.
-Stir well to combine.
-Garnish with a lemon slice and fresh mint leaves.
Non-Alcoholic Drink Option: Grand Splash
Ingredients:
4 oz mint tea (cooled)
1 oz fresh lemon juice
1 oz mint simple syrup (or muddle mint in simple syrup)
Mint leaves and a lemon slice for garnish
Instructions:

-Add the cooled mint tea, fresh lemon juice, and mint simple syrup to the glass.
