So much POWEEEEEEEEERRRR ohhh yeeeaaahhh!!!!
Hell yeah!! When can we see a bruno tuned version of this with some poweeeer? 😁
I would be the first one to fit a 150v battery in that bike.... ohh yeaahh!!
@@BrunoPOWEEER Want to see that!!! Bigger number = always better xD
I appreciate your talent very much. My R & D will be born in these two days. Please pay attention to me, my friend. I've been carrying your video
i guess im randomly asking but does anyone know a tool to log back into an instagram account..?
I somehow lost the login password. I love any tips you can give me.
@Flynn Cash instablaster ;)
Great video. I've owned a tester Storm Bee for almost a year now. The final version will be different. Surron are now stating that they'll ship with a 104V 55 Ah battery. Range is increased to 120km (75 miles) and top speed 120km/h (75 mph). Torque is not reported to be different at 520N.m. Also the difference between the off-road and the enduro is claimed to be 5kg. (127kg vs 132kg). I've removed the mirrors so it might be 1kg lighter. My Enduro has off-road tires, not the dual-purpose ones in the video.
I love my bike but would like the option of a longer range or shorter range and lighter battery to save weight for shorter rides. Most of my rides are just 1 hour of less and I don't use much battery in that time. Maybe 10-20%. So I would definitely be interested in a battery with 1/3 the weight and 1/3 the range.
I love this electric dirt bike they’re getting better and better 🤩
Yeaaahhh another 2-3 years and there will be sooo many cool new ones.... bring it on... we want more hahaaaa
They need gears honestly
This is possibly your most normal review and calm voice I've seen come from Bruno POWEEER. Amazing! You should use this script for future videos so that my dog doesn't piss himself when you squeal into the MIC, lol.
Hahahahahahahahahahahaha yeaahh I’m trying hard to make normal style videos... my latest stuff is all tuned down quite a bit... if you jump on EBMX channel, Nic the boss always grabs me to talk about technical stuff and I go on and on and on... haha

Hahaa yeaaahhh Adam is always feeding me some nice and fun toys so I can kill myself with soo much POWEEEEEEEERRR ohhh yeaahhh
Price ?
way too much lol should be $10k or less if they want to actually do numbers
@Croydon Cumming USD?
My Storm Bee has arrived in the UK - took delivery today! (18th Jan 2022)
Where did you get it and what did you pay for it? Don't see it listed on the co.uk page...
Helllllls YEAH! I can't wait to see how this bike stacks up against some low-end dual sports. I know the light bee had some trouble but upgrading to 72 volt and using a bac 8000 made it an utter beast so nearly doubling the battery power and upping the voltage to 96v will make it just insane! And the controller can even handle higher voltages? I wonder how much the motor can handle! And if it's really reliable we might be putting solid states in the thing in 5 or so years too... ooh that possibilities
You got a big like on intro... Oho.... 😃👍 and the battery is perfectly fitted :D
Hahahahahaha I always try to show at least a few seconds of FUN in all my videos... it wouldn’t be a good video without something silly hahaha
@@BrunoPOWEEER Yeah that's the main thing to make Hilarious Haha...😄👍
Still a two stroke fan. But soon these will take over and with minor mods a universal kit would bolt up to any old frame. Looks fairly simple and still kick ass. No more stale gas.
Batteries to stale too
Damn that's awesome surron really know how to build electric dirtbikes I hope the price isn't insane.
Yeaahhh sounds like they got the price right as well... fingers crossed this bike hits production very soon.. ohh yeaaahh
16000nzd so likely 14k in Oz
@David Squibular I didn't price them, that's just what they cost. An electric motorbike and mtn bike carry a premium on top of the standard (non-electric) versions.
@David Squibular no Sur ron said around 7k €
@Christophe Can't go in puddles..? Ignorant as fuck. The Sur Ron X is basically waterproof, the Storm Bee will definitely be the same.
Geez! I thought I'd see one of you guys take it for a rip for a minute or two!
Just bought one :) solid unit no upgrades needed :) very well thought out.
Where did you buy this bike?
שלום
אני קניתי אופנוע כזה....
למה אין רגליות לרוכב מאחור....וגם קשה להשיג את זה
Should install a truck speaker that beeps when you have it in reverse.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA this is actually an AWESOME idea hahahaa I’ll definitely consider that when building something next =]
This one sounds awesome for an electric mx! Cool
Bruno, how did he trust YOU with that bike so near that precipice?
3 years ago I crashed the very first Surron bikes out of China and I obviously uploaded the “world’s first Surron crash on camera” ruclips.net/video/qZotpio_xkg/видео.html
This is also a rare bike and also a Surron... crashing... dropping off a cliff... life is weird and we never know when and where we will fuck up next but I must have a lot of FUN to “counterbalance” hahahaha
@@BrunoPOWEEER Yea i remembered the vid

superbe vidéo très complète !!! J'attend aussi avec impatience cette moto pour un essai.
Does it have a real VIN number so it can be eventually imported into the USA?
Yes they will. They are road homologation and Australian standards are much more stringent than US as far as this is concerned
You nailed it mate =]
Cool Vid Bruno... I hope the bike comes in stores soon...
HI can you tell that surron has 520 nm or 380 lb/ft of torque is at the wheel, I have zero 7.2 fx, it rated at 180 nm or 71 lb/ft of torque is measured in motor torque, can you tell me what is 71 lb/ft torque measured at the wheel torque? thanks for the any information

When does the US get it now? I keep breaking my Light Bee it would be nice to have another bike =P
I saw a youtube vid showing Luna Cycle looking into it
Nah... Eric (Luna Boss) watched this video here and posted on Facebook saying that he will NEVER EVER bring this bigger bike to USA.. too big blablabla... sounds like Luna will never bring them... but this requires motor dealer license to sell and Luna is a bicycle shop, they would need to get so much paperwork done and motor dealer trained staff... I think one of big motorcycle distributers will end up bringing them to USA
@@BrunoPOWEEER that's a bummer but you are right luna sells ebikes not motorcycles hopefully a company like csc picks it up because they are already importing zongshen motorcycles. Thanks for the vid also
@@hadesomegamoto7639 Luna sells the Surron X with is an electric motorcycle so no reason they can't sell the offroad version of the Surron Storm. Maybe something different required for a street legal Surron Storm, but the offroad version is no different than a Surron X.
@@MrChadx1 I would like a dualsport Luna never importing the L1E Light Bee makes me think we'll never get a dualsport maybe I should import one myself.
Ask what kind of cells they use!!!! I'm building a 88.6v 40ah pack using pouch cells that looks very similar in size!!!!
This bike uses 18650 Sony Murata VTC6 cells, same as Alta Redshift and all custom batteries I build... so much POWEEEERRR
Seems like quite a reasonable bike. Considering the state of the competition (KTM), it also seems to be quite a bargain. I'd sure like to have a head-to-head comparison between those Sur-Ron & KTM. Good video. Thanks!
Yeah we can do the Storm Bee vs KTM next time I go and see Adam =]
I just picked mine up yesterday. It's certainly a smile generator. About 500 Newton smiles to the metre.
Hahahahahaa this is AWESOME!!! Where did u get your bike from? New or ex-demo bike?
It’s a pretty sick bike hey… I love the high pitch high rpm sound =]
@@BrunoPOWEEER I bought it used in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. We're next door to China and the previous owner bought it direct from the Surron factory and imported it himself in April this year. He's mainly ridden it on city streets and some off-roading. Mine will be mostly used off-road as I live in the mountains. I wrote to Surron to try to get a user manual. They said mine is a test product (prototype?) and I needed to talk to a dealer for support. There are a few dealers in Ulaanbaatar but they only have Light Bee's but I'm sure they can order me parts and do some repairs eventually. The border to China is closed at the moment due to covid-19 so things will be tricky for a while for imports/exports.
Great video I want one! They should’ve put the charging port in the front that’s right near your knee is getting aggressive in the dirt?

This took a while to get here, but it seems that it has (almost) become a reality.
Yeaaahhh as far as I know they’re too busy producing the smaller Surron bikes and don’t have time to produce these bigger Storm Bee model
Bike feels well built, safe... I really love it!!
Now this is a lot more like what I'm hoping to see from the electric-dirtbike segment. Now all you need is the lightweight enduro version, with the same power and
yes love this just hoping charging (refueling) will become easier so range anxiety is not a issue anymore... I would love one then as current commute to work is 140 miles round trip Edited to write seen somewhere that they are trying to get a universal battery design for E-Motorcycles to ease this issue
@@josephschultz4097 Yesterday I got to ride with a friend on a Sur Ron. On our kinds of trails, the riding that used less than a gallon of gasoline in my KDX used the Sur Ron's battery down to approx 25%.
@@suzyamerica4679 If I can ask? Roughly how many hour/minutes was this? Lots of hills fast or slow trails? sorry for asking so many questions as Sur Ron is on my list due to price Thanks in advance
@@josephschultz4097 I want to say it was on the order of 15 miles total, spread over perhaps 3 hours. Did not have a GPS along to measure time and distance and elevation, though next time I will because I'm curious too.
What absolutely killed the Sur Ron was going fast and uphill at the same time. Our park has wide forest roads with a lot of elevation change, which is where a gas bike really excels at powering up a hill while accelerating. The thing is speed limited. On flat wide roads it was about equivalent to 3rd gear on the KDX.
On tight trails, the Sur Ron was great even with those shitty stock tires at street pressures. It was very slick out. The Sur Ron did great at snotty tight trails. I rode it a little. Felt like a trials bike. The power does have a little granularity to it, and it kind of threw me off that there wasn't a clutch for smoothing it out. And my right foot kept reaching for a rear brake LOL.
For my two cents, I would consider the 27kW Cyberbike way more than the Sur Ron - and you can build it yourself, or from a kit, or buy it whole.
@@suzyamerica4679 Many thanks for the informative reply🤗 I believe getting used to no clutch and rear brake pedal will also be my biggest hurdle, been riding since 8 years old and 54 this year, The Cyberbike looks good. Thanks again and stay safe
Sur-ron Banshee vs Alta MXR hungry Hog what a match!!! At least you'll hear them scream.
Yeaaahhh both Surron and Alta make some cool high pitch noises... ohhh yeaahhh =]
Wow... awesome. Front wheel seems to be reverse mounted, right?
Haha front tyre came from Surron factory like that... I think they intentionally mounted like that to maximise performance when riding bike on reverse mode hahahahahahaha =]
Price USD ? Is it now on the market and can it handle going through Mud and water that is up and over the Motor and speed control ?
At about 1,22 there are technical data, I know ASR but what is BERS? Maximum power is only when you press the boost button? Thanks
BERS is regenerative braking. Silly acronym but hey ho, there you go!
@@low-costgearbudgettour714 Thanks ...but, what about the 2nd question?
@@marcolforoso4001 Yes, I think so but I'll check for you.
I have 2 questions. What is the top speed on a city street, and how far can it go (in full power mode) if the guy riding it weighs 240 lbs. Nobody will answer these questions, so it makes me think they are lying about the range on them, and the top speed.
They talk about 80 to 100km, with a 150 lb. guy, but they refuse to say what the range is for a 240 lb. guy.
Beautiful country! Always wanted to go there. Oh the bike looks amazing too....impressive technology.

How to order dis surron dirt bike
how are you brother a question how much is that motorcycle and where can i buy it i am from newyork thanks
I'm about 170cm tall.
Will it be hard to ride a stormbee?
My question is, and I’m sure it varies based on country and state (Massachusetts here), what do you register this as? Obviously it’s way to powerful to classify under electric bike and definitely more powerful than a moped, but electric dirt bikes I guess aren’t that common yet for me to find legislation online. Does anyone have any idea?
I'm impressed.
Yeaaaahhh man... nice to see you here hahaa...
yep... I’m impressed too... feels POWEEEEERRFUL and solid!! =]

When will the Storm Bee be available to buy? I'm from the US and have been dying to get one of these ever since I picked up a Surron light bee 2 years ago.

what is max speed and price of it
Great video what diagnostic tool do you use the sur ron tool is very basic.
Does it come with a clutch ??
No clutch. Only electric motorcycles with clutches are some models of electric trials bikes so you can get snappier pop. Little need for a clutch on any other offroad E-dirtbike. It's a very rare case that you would need it (specific types of log hops, etc.) but really not worth having one for those rare use cases, especially on a bike of this price point.
Yeah exactly best reply ever, spot on!!!!!!!
Where can you buy them????
Is there a road version with pedals stk?
I'll admit, I'm not very adept at mathematics or physics but maybe someone here can help me understand how this make 520 NM or 380 lb/ft of torque and the zero fxs only makes like 180 nm or 71 lb/ft of torque. It seems a bit unbelievable. That much torque seams like it would twist the chassis apart and you would never be able to keep the rear wheel planted
The zero is measured in motor torque. The Surron is wheel torque. so not the same measurement
so what would zero be at wheel torque be?
Best explanation of bike I've seen

So as of rn, is there no way to purchase this bike in the usa?
LunaCycles holds the US distribution for Surron so send them an email asking if and when they’re planning to bring this bike to the US and also how much $$
How many miles or hours will it last between charges is what everyone will want to know?
I think about 2 hours ride but it all depends on the rider and terrain... slow and technical terrain a regular guy not a pro battery would last at least 4x longer than a professional rider riding on a fast full throttle on a wide open track. So many factors, same for petrol bikes if talking about fuel consumption.

Can it travel over 200 miles on a single charge yet , and how much does it weigh ? I think I'll just keep my dual sport motorcycle . 😒
Weight is in the released specs; about 260lbs. Obviously a dual sport use case is not the target audience for this bike. Still, will make a super fun trail bike for family rides. I have a Surron X electric but still have several ICE bikes. When the needed range allows, I always find myself grabbing the electric first. Since the Storm has even more range than the typical 25 - 35 miles I get out of the Surron X, it will allow a higher percentage of my rides to be on electric. Can't wait for these to be available! It will be a long time before I have no ICE bikes (I also ride dual sports like you), but for certain types of riding, these Storm bikes will be great.
