      @@xboxproductions657 Bahk is the only one worth his contract, but only if healthy. Lewis is washed Cobb is washed. It’s time they go after their replacements whether that be trade free agents or draft. Rodger’s has declined. It’s time to start over. Rodgers could use a change of scenery himself. He still has some in the tank but this team sadly isn’t it. Rebuild time is now, Rodgers Super Bowl window is closed in Green Bay. Could he win it with a better team? I doubt it but he can be competitive at the least, and could luck into a great defense. I’m sorry to tell you that Rodgers can not bring Green Bay to a Super Bowl unless theirs a major overhaul that clicks instantly which is as likely as Green Bay drafting 3 HOF QB’s in a row. Not very.

    In a way, Im glad he dropped his first pass. It instilled into him a particular… hunger. A certain drive to improve and be better, smarter, play harder. I want to see this fella play in Green Bay for a lot of years, not just 2,3,4 high level years, and I feel if he catches that ball for a TD he burns hotttt but flames out early. Total speculation, might mean absolutely nothing. But regardless I love watching this dude play ball, and id like to see him hone his craft and play for years to come (and he can absolutely block with the best of em, thank you run heavy NDSU)
    PS Thank you ‘draft experts’ for really hammering home his supposed drop issue and subtly pushing him down draft boards. He made some elite snags this season, along side some silly drops, but those are correctable.
    And for those who called him soft, glass, not tough enough… yall gotta be feelin pretty silly now huh? CJ GJ, injured himself on CW. Flags have been thrown against DBs, hes still making the play and hangin on. He certainly doesnt shy away from contact. I think he was too eager to throw his body for a couple xtra yards early on, but I think someone told him straight up ‘Look dummy, if you wanna get a second contract and keep yourself intact post career, play smarter.’ When momma said use your head, she didnt mean like Baker Mayfield 😂

      @@Kt31821 3 drops on 66 targets is not good. He would've had the most drops for any wr in the nfl if he had 150+ targets like the top wrs lol. Like I said, he had one of the worst drop rates in college and that continued into his rookie season. You don't look at just the total drops, you look at drop rates. Ja'Marr Chase had 7 drops on 134 targets and he missed 5 games lol. You add 5 more games to that and he would've blown every wr away in drops last year. And yes, people would be saying he has to fix his issues with drops had that happened. Stefon Diggs had 6 drops which was 4th most for wrs but he also had 154 targets and a catch% of 70%. Watson had 3 drops on 66 targets and a catch% of 62%. Nobody said he can't catch I just said he had a huge issue with drops in college and that continued his rookie season. Even Ja'Marr Chase won't be elite for very long if he keeps dropping passes like he did last year. 7 drops in 12 games is absolutely awful. Then this man will be absolutely unstoppable

    • @Craiger618
      @Craiger618 Год назад +6

      Hey bro! I, too, am a huge fan of CW9! Dude caught a lot more of those catches with his hands than you're realizing, in my opinion. I counted 12, give or take a catch or two, in this video, alone. Sure, many of them were body catches, but several of them that were targeted at his body were caught with his hands and brought in.
      You mentioned his ability for jump ball catches, but he's shown the ability to do this, as well. The Titans game comes to mind, for example. He went up and over the defender for the ball in the endzone. Even some of his catches on his crossing routes were caught by reaching out and grabbing the ball.
      For real, his game is on point and he's only getting better. I think you and I are witnessing the development of a Tier 1 receiver who has the ability to be a Hall of Famer, someday...and it all started with his perseverance following that initial drop that the media continues to hammer. They're forgetting a current Tier 1 receiver who, recently, went to the Raiders and just how bad his game was when he entered the NFL. I love Tae, but he frustrated me, so much, in those first few years of his development. And look at him, now! 😎
      Anyway, I enjoyed your post! But I think he's doing even better than you might be giving him credit for.
      I think we can, certainly, agree on one thing: regardless of HOW he makes the catch, we can rejoice in THAT he makes it! 👊😊
      Go Pack, Go!

      @@Craiger618you deployed the dumbest argument possible when you said Davante didn't develope right away either. That's like people saying you don't need to draft a qb early because you can get Tom Brady in the 6th round lol. Also, Davante had the luxury of being behind two elite wrs his first couple of seasons which allowed him to develop at a more manageable pace. Watson has to be a true #1 RIGHT NOW because he's the best wr on the team. He can't just be the 3rd or 4th wr and learn the system and the nfl game for years like Davante could. Plus, Davavte was an absolute BEAST in college that caught 38 td passes and had over 3,000 yards in just 2 seasons. He was way better than Watson in college. It's just a terrible comparison. Watson dropped everything in college, Davante caught everything in college. Watson put up ok stats in college, Davante put up elite stats in college. Adams was just simply better than Watson ever since college. They are polar opposite type of wrs as well. Again, just a terrible analogy.

    I don’t know why but it seems like he’s getting hit harder than everybody else. I get nervous every time he’s about to make contact with a defender. Maybe it’s in my head because of his frame and injury history so far, but either way I don’t think they should be using him over the middle or in the run game more than once in a blue moon from now on because he’s not built for it. I’d rather have him healthy for most of the season on the perimeter catching intermediate and deep passes than have him for 5-10 games max trying to force him into a role that he’s not built for. Now we have Reed to do all of those things and he’s perfect for them. Doubs, Wicks, and Reed are all good in traffic and over the middle. Hopefully we can draft another guy who is in between Watson and Reed this year like a 6’ 200 lb guy who is good all-around like Rashee Rice (who I wish we had grabbed in the 2nd with Reed) but Wicks was a good consolation prize.
