Growing up in San Diego, I’ve been to SeaWorld many times and I’ve seen all the changes they did in the past 20 years. I would like to add that I’m currently a Silver Pass holder and I say it’s great to have it on you if you’re a local and if you plan on coming on a frequent basis, gives you free parking and discounted close up parking I believe. It also gives discount to the food and merch within the park. The Silver pass also includes free guests tickets, which are a nice thing to have when you have guests coming to visit from outside the area and they’d have free admission into SeaWorld.
Thanks for your tips. Do we need to park our kid’s stroller outside so we can go inside to see the sea lion show? Or we will bring the stroller inside and park next to our seats?

Greetings Chris, wasn’t the original San Diego, Sea World next to the San Diego Zoo? (Circa 1968-70). I’ve looked online but it says it was on the coast. I remember taking the same bus to the Zoo and to Sea World.

Please don't go. You can see the orcas and dolphins are captive. The fin is bent at the top it's not sapoused to look like that on the orca . Please take cute baby to park or Day picnic . And u save money. #dontsupportanimalexploitation ❤️

2021 was there 4th of July the shows were 💯 park packed some people wore facial masks some people did-Not bathrooms were cleaned ,it was a wonderful day and evening👍🏽 Little pricey food 🌭 $8.00 , “. $$$$., water drink $4.00.. (freeze your water bottles take them frozen).!! “you do want to keep hydrated drink water 👍🏽 “. other drinks 🍺 🥤 $$$ exactly like as he’s posting, I went July 4, 2021 take your kids” enjoy the sun ☀️ “wear a hat “ sunglasses 😎 & ,” take a light jacket it does get cool ..” Long lines but worth the wait enjoy family time & friends Suggest you eat out after you leave a nice dinner My ticket $99.00 online but worth it👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

listen, seaworld does 99% good for wildlife, they rescue and rehabilitate so many animals but people choose to ignore that. all of their animals are so safe and well fed, given so much love and attention. the 1% is the whole orca situation which they really can’t change because captivity is all those orcas have ever known. i used to buy into the whole blackfish thing but you really need to see both sides, if you stop supporting seaworld how are they going to have the funds to properly care for their wild life?? i hope you had fun!
They don't support because it has captive animal's there. The orcas don't swim on shallow waters they drill holes in their teeth because the bite Thiers tank and u can see in his videos there top fin is bent it's sapoused to be upright like a sharks :(

That’s like taking you from your nice clean home into a poor poor town in a 3rd world country. And they’re not force to perform. If they don’t want to do anything they simply just don’t do it. Shows are a crucial part of their mental and physical health. It’s entertaining for us as humans but stimulating and enriching for the animals. Just like a dog doing tricks for you and your family in the living room. Fun and enriching for your dog because they’re learning and it’s enriching for them and entertaining for you and your family to watch the dog do behaviors.

Damn. I'm not a hippie or anything but I was planning to buy some SeaWorld tickets and now I won't. They charge way up the ass for everything while exploiting sea animals as well. Seriously. Sea world Orlando is so much better. You have the hyper coaster mako, kraken, the icebreaker coaster, the original journey to Atlantis, and it’s backed by Busch gardens in Tampa as they are the same company. We don’t do the orca shows anymore but that’s fine as that’s replaced by a ski show. Shamu got replaced with the Sesame Street area but honestly it’s fine as that area needed change. Seriously go to all three parks (San Diego, Orlando, and San Antonio) and compare them. Orlando current is the best of the three. Yeah we do have the horrible wild Arctic ride but that’s supposed to undergo a massive renovation or replacement sometime this year.

I was thinking of going a month ago and a coworker said he went and it was awful.considering I live almost 2 hours away I’ll take his advice.
I wouldn't quite describe it as awful... but with all the rides closed it makes the shows and everything else seem overly busy and crowded

Seriously go to all three parks (San Diego, Orlando, and San Antonio) and compare them. Orlando current is the best of the three. Yeah we do have the horrible wild Arctic ride but that’s supposed to undergo a massive renovation or replacement sometime this year.
