Great straight forward review. I just ordered this welder yesterday thinking it had tig ability according to their add. Now I will have to return it because of the lack of the tig feature. Thank you for the review.
does this welder come with the stick and tig wires? im pretty sure the argon for the lift tig goes through the line of the lift tig not the actual welder
Did you have it plugged into 110 or 220? I’m looking at this machine presently and everything you said definitely help make a decision on this will probably suit my needs just right. It’s just for helping some neighbors that have different types of trailers that seem to break the simplest things on them. Also did you happen to try and weld any stainless steel ? By the way I liked how thorough and detailed you explained each and every part of the machine that you would use.
Wire feed machines are a constant voltage machine. So the voltage stays the same throughout the entire weld. Stick welders are a constant amperage machine, so the amperage stays the same but voltage can change throughout the weld.

It does not, they have to be bought separately
I bought semi-automatic, gasless, one knob (material thickness), 200 amps welder. Its wire feeder start slowly and then accelerate. Not used yet.
To this day I still have that problem with this welder. And I have yet to find what causes this.
Another thing is that I believe the have certain tig guns and lines that have an external gas port? Not sure though.

@@charliecppickering8539 I had the machine plugged into 110. But I didn't try any stainless steel welding, only mild steel.
@@FerrousPhoenix gotcha thanks for the info
Thank you for video.
I have this same welder and it seems that the amp dial is actually wire feed speed. I assume it actually is amps though when turned to stick mode.
I wish I could buy a mig welder they 20k in South Africa
damn why so much, are they scarce?
Why do Mig/Fluxcore welders have a Voltage Knob Also, but Stick Dosen't.?

@@FerrousPhoenix Ok, but its the Mig that has the 2 Knobs the user can actually turn... The Stick has 1...?
On Migs u can play with the Amp and Volt settings, on the Stick only the Amps...
Hi broo.. I'm buy the vevor but it doesn't come the wired.. where did you buy?
Thanks
Loosen your tension on the pulley motor
welders don't like Plastic Wire Drive Motors........ Makes it Cheap.!
