Ldh 371 is that considered high? Does this mean there's not much oxygen in the blood?
No, if LDH enzymes are high it means they are being released from cells that are being damaged or destroyed. Because LDH is found in so many types of cells in the body (it takes part in cellular energy production) its release in the plasma is not specific enough for any body system. It’s just an indication of cellular damage.
@@DrAsClinicalLabVideos what could cause the damage in the cells? Should i be worried? Can obesity and emf radiation from pc and cellphone cause this?
This is where further testing is needed to answer that. Working with a functional medicine practitioner is your best bet to get to the root cause
my cpk is 329 showed high but LDh is 288 showed normal...what does that means...please help me i m worried
Dr. A's Clinical Lab Videos
Exercise can make your CK high. Anything that affects muscles, really. Have your doctor follow up on it.
Hi..i go to gym 5-6 times a week.and my CK is 600 is it because of the volume training i do
That is very possible! You need to build rest days in between. If you want a good podcast for muscle building/training look up Mind Pump
@@DrAsClinicalLabVideos thank you
@@DrAsClinicalLabVideos he absolutely does not need to rest more...600-1000 is absolutely normal for all of us who train 5-6 times a week. It is normal
If ldh level is low what the indication
low enzyme levels in the blood are not a concern, only elevated ones, as they indicate cellular injury. LDH is found in all cells so it is not a very specific indicator of injury.
