- Todd Tuckey shows you WIlliams "Swan Song"---a Pinball 2000 made in mid 1999 until they closed the pinball division forever in October 1999. This uses a TV Monitor cleverly assisting Pinball Game play! PLUS, a tip for YOUR Pinball 2000!
I've been enjoying these video segments showing refurbished/restored pins... Good stuff!
Thanks!
I really like the pinball 2000 design. Wish they had made more gaimes like them. There are a few of the newer pinballs that could have been an over the top game with the 2000 system. I want that star wars.....
Yes...its sad it died fairly quickly!
love the videos. keep up the good work!
Thanks!
Oops I mean Steven
Nice video I gave it a thumbs up!! :-)
Nice job. Enjoy your vacation.
Thanks!!
I've recently started upgrading my episode 1 to LEDs and have noticed a strobing in the GI when the ball is waiting to be launched. Is there a fix for this or is this just in the effects of the lighting?
I would like to play one of these one day, looks interesting. Nice job.
Thanks!
I'm a complete newbie at pinball. I picked up this machine as my first, and want it to look exactly like this one. How did you install the blue LEDs? If I shipped you the playfield, could you make it like yours? And if so, what would that cost? Thank you for any help. I greatly appreciate it.
FFF C Hi...we only do entire machines, but you should be able to find a local pinball tech that can do it. The LED's just replace the existing bulbs....and some places like Marco Specialties and Pinball Life sell "kits" that fit certain games.
What version do people prefer. Star wars or revenge from mars?
Are you going to do a video of the Kick upright that is sitting next to this machine? What a great game that was!
Yes...KICKMAN is coming! :-)
Do you sell the high intensity LED light kit that you used for this machine? I just purchased this pinball and would love to make it look like this. Thanks.
You can order it from Marco Sopecialties or Pinball Life!
Does the neon on the light saber work? Jason working only 55 hours, that's part time hours. What a slacker!
The neon is a great touch! These boys are just working 55 hours (over 40 is time and a half!), and I am NOT happy! I want 70 hours!
Wow! This is even better than the film! Um, yes. Well it's ok, but it's no Sea Wolf.
SEAWOLF----SEA WOLF! Poor Michael!
Were there any Wizard Blocks machines ever produced? I've seen video of the prototype with no artwork. One has to wonder what could have been if Williams had stuck with the Pinball business and continued to refine ideas like this.
I understand that one or two were made, but programming never was finished and playfield wasn;t finished. They were also working on a Playboy too, at the time.
If only phantom menace and revenge from Mars could have done well..
But I'm willing to theorize Williams electronics already decided their fate .
Even with their hail Mary pass..
Even now with hindsight pinball 2000 could have been the game changer .
Oh well.
We were going to buy a party animals from an operator in new York state and when we got there it was covered in black widdo spiders, the whole pinball was covered, un bleave able/trash pin. No helpen that mess.
Wait till you see THIS Party Animal! Video Monday!
there's another pinball game that cameron silver programmed your not wrong todd lot of good things come out of melbourne australia I bought a pinball game spacejam in Melbourne I had never had any trouble with it.
People love Space Jam too!
If Williams stuck with designs of traditional pinball machines instead of these pinball 2000 not many operators liked the new high price Williams demanded for the new style development they would still be making pinball still .
They tried something new...and it caught on for awhile...and now the color monitor is here to stay!
Melbourne storm is one of the best football teams too in Australia
I will visit one day and you will show me around!
Isn't this the machine that killed pinball? Nothing against the game, but it wasn't selling as well as Revenge from mars. Looks great.
These machines WERE selling, but not fast enough for Williams investors, it seems.
Now... in 2019....The Pinball 2000 need a TFT Screen....
We prefer television sets
Cyrix was making CPUs but now is gone.
Lyle Johnson Uh Oh!! Another one bites the dust!
Wouldn't it have been better for you to have put a LCD display in?
motormusic1 We try to keep games original if we can and the electronics are in excellent shape.
thanks to jason :D regards
Citizen Bishop I will pass it on...
Jason rules. He is always polite and respectful to you.
Not like that disrespectful artwork-guy (Steven I think is his name).....I dont like the way he speaks with the boss.
I like that teamwork-videos :)
nice fan. some debate if you want the fan up or down, depends on the air flow. I have it out. but against depends on the intake for the PSU.. couldn't tell what CPU that was. intel/amd or something else... some nut probably wants to cool it with water. :) (uh no never liked water cooled computers. also seen compressor cooled computers , computers totally soaked in veggie oil including the hard drive. X_X uh what about the breather hole eep Mineral Oil I think works best or mineral Water can't remember which..
