Because HoRi has great camo making it better allows you to move arround without getting spotted easily. Also some maps you have to snipe and by having the camo net allows you to arm 3 or 2 shots before being spotted. View range in a tank like this doesn't help alot because you don't get nearly enough from it.

E100 is probably the best beginner heavy tank after IS7 and Progetto 65 while it is a great tank now and then, it just cant compare to some other medium tanks because it lacks significant amour, gun handling and mobility. WZ-113 i can definitely agree to being the best tied with HO RI
Most medium tanks can pen its upper plate and some even the turret. It is a great tank don't get me wrong, awesome pen and great dpm. But IS7 is far off on dpm where it leaves it behind by much, and I'd rather have the overall Armour profile of the IS7 it's mobility and a gun that isn't as DPM rich.
@@FaiSedBlitz wz 113 isn't best at aurmor. But still good enough to work with, has decent speed for a heavy and rich gun handling. And best 1v1 tank just becuase of it's stupid gun. It might not be the BEST TANK in everyones opinion. It's still underrated.
Hell nah, IS7 isnt the best HT. Its noob friendly HT but not the best, it was OP b4 top speed nerf and colector 10`s Stb - I agree, best T10 tech tree MD.
I also agree with Hori. This TD -> Good mobility for TD -> Armor protect us from AP (HT, MT, LT, sometimes TD) -> Have 3000+ DPM /420mm AP`s -> Have sandbags / dmg reductor what makes ta a good tank on 1v1
60tp Armour only really works when hull down, I'd also argue it's easier to ammorack a 60tp than an is7, 60TP is a great tank but the mobility and overall Armour and dpm that the IS7 has is untouched.

i can say the is7 is the most annoying tank to face.90% time shooting the side will not pen , that spaced armor is troll as well, face hug is just pain . i have it , 62% wr with 800 battles and 44 gold master , more 1st class than 3rd class.

Haha, WZ is indeed a big contender in the TD section, however I'd personally take the Hori DPM and Pen over the WZ Armour.
The 113G FT also has reactive armor which is why it’s mainly used in comp and why I like it more.

IS7 is easily the strongest Armour profile in the game, it's gun hits hard it has dpm and its mobility is exceptionally good for its Armour it has.

It is troll to play and troll tom verse, its only weakness is its ammo rack lol, but other than that good luck versing a good player playing an IS7
