Really incredible commentary and research you did. Much appreciated for taking the time to provide such valuable information .
My sister -in - law lives on Pine Crest and her house was one of the homes that remained in tact while the surrounding houses and neighborhood burned down . Surprisingly, her neighbors to the left and right still have their homes , as well .
As you stated , they have quite a bit to contend with before they can actually live in this home once again .
Their home is a beautiful place that resembles an amazing resort in the hills. Thanks again , Terry 🙌🏽
