The young ladies in the Philippines are from a time and place prior to the 21 century. They have inherent Family values, Self respect, beautiful spirits and characters, most obviously how they want simple interactions. for many male westerners that is most unheard of and maybe they might not have a clue on how to properly date a nice person with old world values.

March was doing well in the interview until she said she wants to be independent for now. Independent women have the demeanor of they don't need men, so what is the point of a man dating her then (American women act this way, hence its why men are leaving)? Her English is really good for her 2nd language. No wonder she works at a Call Center, she probably gets paid more for having almost fluent English. If she doesn't she should be. Angelica is model beautiful, and wife material. Just for clarification, is holding her hand too touchy/ clingy? Some men like me know the sidewalk rule, and it makes a difference, or should we ask before doing, or what? Excellent video that still has me in a gray area still on what are the rules, and not the exceptions to said rules.

Most countries outside the US and Europe should expect more women to be old fashioned and very traditional. I was dating a Filipino that lived in Toronto and I lived in Michigan about 10 hours away. She was my brother's wife's cousin and they introduced us. This was back around 1990. We talked on the phone and wrote letters. When she came to visit for a week she would go to my house and do my laundry and sued the wholes in my socks. I visited her for a week. My favorite food is Lumpia. I could not marry her though as she was raised so strict by her mother that she struggled to just hold hands. Her mother would go to her college on the weekends and sleep on the flor in her dorm to make sure she would not sneak out.
True. Still there are some women who are very traditional. Her mother reminds me of a lot of Filipino mothers here in the Philippines especially in the Province.

One was her niece and the other was her neighbor's daughter when she lived in the Filipins. The one was an RN in Toronto and was more likely to succeed (but did not) and the other was a live in nanny in the UAE (Dubai), but she was too nervous to go to the consulate to get any paperwork done and figured I would somehow fly there to help her. Last I knew she went to work in Afghanistan. The one in Toronto was when I was around 22 and the second was probably 15 years later after I was divorced. I was married 8 years. I'm 55 now. Of course my brother divorced his Filipino wife and is now remarried. These is a pretty large Filipino population here in Michigan but he actually met her in the Filipins when he was stationed there when he was in the Air Force. He tended to date the hookers and this was the only woman he dated that was had not slept with and they kept in touch and he eventually married her when he re-enlisted and was stationed in South Korea.
