Potato Churros?! Super Crispy Churros-shaped potato sticks. Cheese flavor.

When you want to eat churros but do not want to eat flour, you can try to make it with potatoes. It's really crispy and delicious.
Ingredient :
1. 2 Potato (330g)
2. 2 Tablespoons of cornstarch
3. 2 Tablespoons of parmesan cheese powder
4. Chocolate sauce: 60g of dark chocolate, 3 tablespoons of milk (Add 1 tablespoon of milk more if needed)
* If the potato mixture is too thick, it will be difficult to pipe it. In this case, you can add a little milk.
*If you do not have a piping bag and a piping tip, please refer to the end of the video. In that recipe, do not add milk because if the mixture is too watery, it is hard to shape it.

Great recipe! Once fried, I'd recommend covering them in sugar and powdered cinnamon for a real churro experience. These ingredients are easy to substitute if you're on a diet like me (tapioca starch, coconut sugar, coconut oil, etc )

"Churros de papa" is actually a thing in Spain. Idk how they're made, probably contain just a small amount of potatoe, but they're pretty common and are eaten like regular churros
