Fantastic tutorial! My level is +/-0 and it takes 3 days to learn it (but syrely it will take three more to lick it up)). You are the best teacher, as many people wrote here. Key things are "every note matters", "no rush". And fantastic done is you intervals are proper even in very slow tempo. Your teacing level is God! Thank you!

Amazing. I'm just getting back into acoustic after not playing for 10 yrs. Kids, divorce ect... took its toll. And trying to remember everything is a lot harder than I remember.
Almost one year gone, can play chords and scales but rarely studied notes playing, this would be my first song to learn to play lead on guitar. Wish me luck.

I have watched a lot of video lessons on how to do this song and this one is by far the most accurate and detailed, in line with the original. I enjoy the ease And calm of the instructor’s teaching and he really explains things in such depth that much of the assumption and guesswork has been taken out of the lesson. I tried this two years ago and gave up since it was too advanced and I have only been playing for 1.5 years at that point (I was a 43 year old beginner). Now, two years later and with the help of this lesson, I now can play the first four minutes. Some parts very slowly, but it is progress. This is THE lesson to follow if you want to play it right and play it well. Thank you.

I remember when I was a couple weeks into my senior year I took a guitar class because I wanted to learn an instrument. At first I wanted piano but I'm glad I took guitar. So much better to handle as an instrument to play every day. Also cheaper lol.

I have a major learning disability. It's kicks my backside everyday. I have to do things over and over so many times. Just to remember..it drives me crazzy..I've watched you many times I have the worse guitar too .after 7th fret all sounds the same so that blows.

First song I'm learning not as easy as it looks I agree but I'm getting it (63 s not to old to start playing wish I would have 50 years ago)
Suggestion - at some point during the lesson, could you please play the song in its entirety from beginning to end without commentary? You play so well that I would love to just have you play the entire song at least once, each time you do a lesson.

Rick Mason Good for you, man. Now, do yourself a favour and record your playing and listen back to it. Still think you "got it"? Learning guitar isn't a race and you're going to sound shitty for quite some time before you "get" this, or any other, tune. By the way, here are your string names from thickest to thinnest: EADGBE. Here are the "open" chords you want to learn: Eminor, E, A, Aminor, C, D, G and F. Here are the first two barree chords you want to learn: F and Bminor. Just Google them or get an app. Get a metronome and use it. Get a "CAGED" system PDF. Practice every day with your phone and computer turned off and within a couple of years you should "get" a shitload of songs.
