so the containment came from the manufacturing plant, yet nobody said where the manufacturing plant was located. Literally, nobody? Am I the only one who sees this? Ya'll must be using these eye drops...

Take a look at the country of manufacture. Most problems come from products coming out of India. Get the book "Bottle of Lies" by Katherine Eban to get a better idea of this problem.
