Q: Come to x con pls?
A: VA’s can’t bust into random cons like the Kool-Aid Man, they have to be invited. To get invited, people need to contact that con and request for specific VAs.
Q: Can you invite x VA onto stream pls?
A: One does not simply -walk into Mordor- yoink a VA onto a stream willy nihility. There’s lots of reasons why a VA might not be able to join; too busy, too many people already invited, no contact info, they have no interest in social media, etc. It’s straight-up best to assume that the VA you want to see has already been invited, they just have a good reason for not being able to join. Example: Popular request is Bronya’s VA, Madeline Reiter. She has NO social media presence AT ALL, and we respect a VA who prefers not to go onto a digital stage in front of thousands of people.

The fact that Camden Sutkowski's first voice acting role ever was Aventurine is so impressive, anyone who's probably new to voice acting might get lucky like him, but even so, it's impressive how he portrays Aventurine to make him so... It's a gambling addiction!

Welt talking about Kevin Kaslana made me so happy as a Honkai Impact 3rd player *(even more so that they used the theme "For Kevin" in the background).* Kevin is one of the best characters from the game and his story is so tragic.
I especially loved how Welt said *"That man was NEVER a failure".* Despite being on opposite sides, Welt still understands Kevin's pain and shows respect to his enemy and talks about him more like a broken hero than a villain.
Also, Acheron talking about birds flying... Reminds me so much of Kevin's *"Why do birds fly?"* But the moment Acheron said she killed Kevin, I immediately screamed *"NOOOOOOOOO!"* at my PC. 😭😆
They gave us Welt, they gave us Otto, *but they draw the line at playable Kevin Kaslana.*

About cutting put the non-story parts. I think it's a yes.
I enjoyed the talk about cons of the first part but if a video is titled "Molly plays HSR story" what should appear in the video is Molly playing HSR story. Nothing else, nothing less.
I mean if the objective of the video is clear then it should be followed. Besides one contains the other, "Molly makes a stream" it's a different content than "Molly plays HSR story" and it should be treated as different.
So my recommendation it's a matter of wording. You can keep uploading the full stream where the story gameplay is contained while at the same time you upload a edited version to those who want to focus on the story.
I think that's the best solution but another one is putting the timestamps in the description and not only on a fixed comment. That way the video is automatically divided by chapters in the timeline and it's easy to navigate through it.
I encourage you to think about the first solution I suggested but the second should work too. Anyways, keep enjoying streaming!

I would love Aventurine more if his backstory weren't so blatant and doesn't make me feel like the writer shoved this guy in my face screaming "LOVE HIM!! PITY HIM!! DO IT!!" . apparently this is controversial
Fiction writing is always inherently seeking to manipulate emotions in a certain way. Trying so hard to fight it because you noticed it is a bit cringe. It's not missing from other things, it's still there, you just decided not to care in those cases. No writers are just completely throwing their hands up like "eh, feel whatever."
The reason his story is interesting is in the telling. Of course it's meant to be a sympathetic backstory, but the way it's telling the story of survivor's guilt and tying it to his persona we know of him on his face as "the gambler" is a compelling story. Even though his backstory is incredibly depressing, he's not a pitiable sadsack character, because there's the second level where he personally was blessed by the gods with the gift of good fortune that created his excessively confident Aventurine persona that has "never lost a gamble" (including his big gamble in this patch). But amidst that deserved bravado is deep pain because he has this blessing and has seen what happens to those that were not blessed by Gaithra on such a deep personal level with his own family. And that dichotomy means he's constantly in his own head questioning why he should be alive when they're not. What did he do to deserve this blessing beyond a happenstance of birth? He has this backstory for a reason. It's not just to make you feel sad. It's because it adds depth and color to his cocky personality by showing why he is the way that he is and making him more three dimensional.
Oh no character development shown through a character's past... The absolute terror...
@@eckology016 nah the reason it feels off is pacing. a lot of hoyoverse games have this issue with their stories "blowing their load too quickly" so to speak.
its because of the nature of the medium being a gacha game to sell you characters, so they need to more or less info dump on you and as quickly as possible. they can't rely on you getting invested slowly over time, they need you to get invested right away so you may be more likely to pull. and also within a certain time frame right before or right as you can pull them.
and even as some might think that sounds scummy or that they don't care about their characters, i don't think that at all, but i think its more a consequence of the genre/business model. and so every now and then it gets hit or miss.
also encase people didn't realize, acheron had the same treatment as aventurine, its just that most of her info dump was done in relic or item descriptions, or on trailers out side of the game, there are little snipits in the story, but its no where near what aventurine had in game. so its not as obviously in your face cause its not all in one place and spread out in stagger release... like there's a reason they drop the trailers staggered by days, so you have a few days to think about them before the next one drops.
everything we got for aventurine was more or less in one 4 - 5 hour gaming session, everything for acheron was spread out for weeks, with some info we had for a months due to item descriptions. acheron had more total information, and the goal is the same, but the person you are replying to isn't complaining about acheron... there is a reason... and its pacing...
