Hi, I have brother LX27NT with 27 stitches. Yours is 10stitches more. Among them, Liked 35 to 37 and little modified pulse design, which I love very much,. If that one stich could have been there to my stitch collections, I would be so happy. Particularly, this, modified pulse design, looks wonderful, when you use with 3 way cording foot and 5 way cording foot. Rest all the designs, I too have in my brother. But, I hadnt tried with zero. Today, I will try. Thank you for your wonderful video. :)

Hello Shruthi, yes I have 3 machines in total with me. Usha splendor(very old), Usha janome and brother gs3700. I have been using these machines since very long. With my experience I can definitely say that all the 3 are good, Usha machines which I have are light weight and cannot sew heavy fabrics and stitching speed is also a little bit slow, however they have good number of service centers available all over India, so getting them serviced will be very easy. Brother machines are very robust and can sew heavy fabrics without moving much, but finding a service center is a little challenging. But I got them serviced after 7 years, till then it worked without any issue. For service also only simple cleaning and oiling was required, nothing much. This machine can stitch any fabric, but we need to make sure to use respective needle for it. For light weight fabrics like chiffon or organza use 8/9/10 For Spandex or lycra use 11/12 For denim we need to use 16/18/19 no. needle.
For embroidery__ which thread can I use--- normal poliester thread or machine embroidery thread? Question no 2__ is this machine half shuttle or full shuttle?
Thoda mushkil hi hai milna ....but itana jyada repairs nahi atha hai machine....i would suggest go for usha or singer, getting their parts and service is easy
Hamne ye machine 11-12 hazaar me li thi. Isspe har prakar ke kapde siljathe hai, bas aapko ye dhaan rakhna hoga ki aap sahi number ki sui (needle) ka isthemal kare.

Yes this machine definitely gets jammed. All you need to do is open few attachment and remove the dirt, threads and waste materials. Once you clean it, the machine will run like new.

Yes, for interlocking we use stitch number 3... normal zigzag one, it works equally good.

This machine can stitch any fabric, but we need to make sure to use respective needle for it.
For light weight fabrics like chiffon or organza use 8/9/10

Aapko jitana wide design chahiye utana rakhna padega.....and tension ka count depends on the thickness of the fabric that u r using...
