I like the way how Dawood told Kim the number of rakahs and didn't insult her.. This is how a religious, pious man is.. if there would be a typical Islamic man of our society he would insult with the popular dialogue "Tumhe ye bhi nahi pta". The way Dawood respects his wife being a Pakistani is speechless ❤❤ After watching this drama I literally want a real gem like Dawood in my Life❤.. May Allah guide our Pakistani typical men who only think that praying, and fasting is Islam.. but a real pious man is the one who practices these little sunnahs like Dawood with family members.. you may never know that how these little deeds will take you to Jannah..

Yunhi and Kuch Ankahi are by far the most relaxed, mesmerizing and realistic Pakistani dramas of all times. Totally love the entire cast and crew. No one would have played a better protagonist than Bilal and Maya. Bilals character is so calm and composed and so loveable to see how he supports Kim. Hats off directors!!!
totally agree; Kuch Ankahi written by Mr. Ahmad is fantastic. Yunhi is beautiful dynamic. I hope these two dramas don't go to the direction of Teri Bin, which has become "Trash bin".

Additionally Dawood's character is examplary for all men out there of how to behave with your wife. This script is so classy and written very thoghtfully. The way Dawood and Kim make Suraiyya understand their point of view is so gracefully done and even after not finding Owais suitable for her they are not telling her to marry Hamid against her wishes. They are encouraging her to study further. This is a very important aspect of this serial. I will again say that this should be the most watched and number one drama instead of some toxic shows who are enjoying the number one status.

This is a very traditional, conservative, & old fashioned family, but portrayed in a very gentle, sweet & realistic way that is truly heart warming. There are certain norms in society that have to be carefully tackled and dealt with. I like that there is no yelling, screaming, hyperactive melodrama here, as one sees in the usual Pakistani shows of today.

In today's episode, in the car scene, When David said Nasta karne. Mujhe pata hai tumhe bukh lagi hai. The way Maya looks at him. That close up shot shows how much Kim has already fallen for David. That stare, that unspoken love and respect Maya portray only with expressions. That's when magic really starts to happen. That scene has my whole heart. And how mucccccch I love you Jaaan ❤️

It has my whole heart, because in those critical situations, David still remembers that Kim is hungry. He can easily forget that and can blame the situation. Like itni tension me bhul gaya. But instead of that he cares for her. He doesn't let the situation create damage to their relationship either. It is the sign of a great partner and a mature and kind human being. David is like that.
And that's what Maya expresses through her expression in the scene. Without saying anything. That's what great actors do.
Mayaali and Bilal Ashraf are purely versatile actors and they always rock when it's about showing expressions 🥰

A logically written story makes the drama enjoyable and refrains from challenging the intellect of its viewers…
There are many similarities between Yunhi and Tere Bin… Murtasim and Meerab were forced into marriage as were Dawood and Kim… But how beautifully the second couple is making an effort to come close despite being poles apart in terms of personalities and the many differences in their opinions and outlook… Like Mariyam, Suraiya too tried to elope with the man of her choice because of family opposition, but Kim took a much wiser way of handling the situation, keeping Dawood in the loop all through wherras Meerab chose to handle it with her stupid inflated ego… Yunhi is any day better told than Tere Bin…
In yunhi case... Kim wasn't forced into marriage as she wanted to marry Dawood and with all her heart ♥

Tere Bin glorifies abusive men.
Meerub was forced to marry but still was very unlikable. She acted like a spoiled brat and had no character development.
Kim comes across as a sorted, mature, kind and intelligent woman as the show progresses.
What do you want me to do? Get revenge? Why? Whatever will happen to Amardeep God will do. I don't want to wish bad for him. It definitely wasn't my fault at all and I have no say in what his future holds for him, I mean, if he has a future.
Loved the conversation with suriya.. last scene. This drama is getting better. Now suriya will also study and become financially independent

I truly love how this story is breaking a lot of stereotypes. Yes, of course there is exaggeration in this drama (example don't understand why Kim keeps calling Dawood David, pretty disrespectful. You don't just create a make up name for someone. Living in West you never do that. Names are your identity so quite unsure what the writer was showing, same like where she keeps calling people older than her by their names. Yes, it is a common thing but even in West among Asians you call them Uncle/Aunty never by their names. So some bits are definitely not justified.
I do love how they have portrayed the difference between the upgringing of Male vs Female. It's like, a lot of responsibiltiy of religion has been assigned to women. But Religion is same for both genders, it's the culture that has made this different among the two. I do love that this is breaking stereotypes, I hope all parents watching this can learn from this... Stop thinking what people will say and instead, focus on the happiness of your children. Yes, you want what is best for them but when you feel they are ready for the responsibility of marriage then also believe they are able to take other life decisions. Give them the choice that Islam has given them. Bibi Khadijah A.S selected her own life partner so let your daughters, sisters and women decide for themselves. And stop treating them as children, stop dictating, stop unnecessary interference in your children's lives... Too much of anything can become toxic. How many generations have been destroyed because of these facts... Have a think of that! 💖

Its a good drama but d pace is so slow.. Except episode 19, every episode of d drama is so slow.. Nothing significant happens in any episode. And they have lengthened a side track of Suraiyya as d main track.. Its been 20 episodes, but still d story is not moving forward.
