Bones, Ruby, and Akron don't do anything because their viewership stems from being "in charge". They will do anything possible to make sure they still "stay in charge", which means ignoring very obvious RP avenues like impeaching the mayor, because they could get insta-fired by the self appointed commissioner: Max.
