if you want to loose weight buscera will sustain you, you will have reduced appetite and there is nothing like it! I have never been happy with my weight until I drank buschera everyday and the excess weight just dropped off. I had sustained energy and less cravings for meat and other unhealthy things. I swear by buschera and have never found anything else that wud control my weight like it does. Thank you for the detailed tutorial, I can’t wait to try it!

@@EatingTheAfricanWay yes thank you so much for these instructions! I’m so inspired by it! I have some large stones in my yard in New York and I’m going to use them to grind the red millet that I’ve just ordered online I’m so excited! I failed last time I tried to make buschera so the fact that you shared the secret about sprouting some of the grain before you add it was sooooo helpful, i so hope that the buschera that I make will turn out to be much closer to what I tasted when I lived in Kisassi/Kampala than my failed attempts from before! I hope it comes to taste sweet like yours 😍

What can I do if I don’t have fermented millet or sorghum.
I understand the fermented millet added is responsible for the sweetness. Is there a substitute?

@@EatingTheAfricanWay Thanks Nicolas, if the fermented sorghum or millet flour gives the bacteria/yeast the sugar they need while fermenting the Bushera, then sugar will also do. Ill give it a try. Thanks will be waiting for what you find out. Have a blessed day.

@@EatingTheAfricanWay Hallo Nickolas, i tried it out but i dont expected much, i realized, this fermented flour added could be acting as a starter/start kultur like with Yoghurt ,Kombucha or sauer Butter. It contains the bacteria or yeast that fermet the Bushera and give it a waterly texture. Being sweet, the sugar feeds the yeast or bacteria ( not sure whats in it) Do you know where one can buy this fermented flour?
any ways ill see what comes out and try again,
