I now have a 48" mechanical tiller for my 1023E, had a 42" hydraulic tiller for my 445. The performance is good with both, but I thought the reverse feature on the hydro really made the dirt into powder almost. But both are really good, small edge to the reverse.

Good video....I wish you would do a bit more on set up of tiller ( adjusting depth , skid plates, back shield , angle , etc etc.)
2 years ago I bought a woods all gear reverse rotation at my local New Holland dealer. John Deere at that time didn't offer one. I don't know if they do offer one today. Anyways,I tilled up about 1/3 of an acre for the family garden. That reverse rotation Woods,(with slip clutch too),is an animal,plain and simple. Now being an old school geezer like I am,I go slow,and it's amazing. Do us a favor please,if and when you get a reverse rotation tiller in,give it a try and then give your learned thoughts on it. My thinking is it might shed some light on new buyers as in,pros and cons etc. Thank you for the video.
That tiller and tractor looks like a great combo. Usually you hear tillers struggling in anything that isn't pretty much just dirt.
