@@marquishalsell I’m originally from flint Michigan my aunt is one of Karen’s closest friends and my uncle is bishop over one of those districts in Michigan/Ontario the Clark’s sisters as well as Rance Allen used to come to our church all the time so I grew up hearing them sing
@@copperbeardedking1919 wow that's awesome tbh I never had a full cogic experience but I always wanted to I mean you got to see the best of it to see all them come together along with being a pk kid under the umbrella of the grand ole church of God in Christ now as for me I only listened to certain singers from the cogic church I never in my knew of the Clark Sisters like the very first sisters I was introduced to were the Pace Sisters ik you experienced them also they were the best that brought life especially Lashun Pace and their eldest sister Duranice Pace and me being born and raised in the south I fully loved them because of their hospitality even when see them on certain gospel television stations in the 90s and early 2000s now I didn't know bout the Clark Sisters till the 2000s and 2010s lol they were like a group of ladies I had no idea of but I knew mostly of Karen and dorinda separately because of their icon albums and videos it took for j moss and kiki to kinda make me realize their styles of the Clark Sisters yet once again I couldn't pick up who they were until Donnie McClurkin introduced the 3 Clarks along with Kim Burrell and I was amazed by how they were actually related to each other that's when I got hooked onto them including Kim in saying all that I kinda wish I could've experienced what you were born into lol my life was surrounded by ministry but not like you especially as me being a singer that woulda helped my music experience go to a whole different level frfr
Listen....even though the sound is not great here, you can still tell TCS were not playin! That "Clark" blend was crystal clear and Karen was on steroids that night! lol #LOVETCS
OMG!!! I remember this night like yesterday. How I miss Dixon Hall so..and the Saturday night musicals, then going over to Cook Convention Center to sleep until official day service. Lord, bring back "old COGIC"!!!

You better hold that soprano Karen, sang it girl
I guess this is one of the times Twinkie came back with them because in 94 they weren't "together" as a group.
It is, this was when they came together for the international cogic covnerion and live recording to honor their mothers passing
