If person A has creared HUF under Mitakshara law with 10 laks rupees amount having two children M(male-age 30) F(female-age 32), both children are marrid and M and F both have one child. please help me with below mentioned scenario.
scenario 1: HUF has not been partationed but Person A dies, As per law F will be karta then does her children will become coparcener?
scenario 2: HUF has not bee partationed but By voting M is assigend the power of karta, but after several years F dies due to age. does her share will be transfered to her son or her share in HUF will be transfered to living coparcener?
scenario 3: what if M and his child both dies but M's wife and F's entire family has been survived.
scenario 4: if all coparcner and members of the HUF have been survived then how much amount each member will get in case of HUF closure.
