I don’t think a lot of people understand the significance of the fact that even after literal centuries, Moonlight Sonata is still the most recognizable and influential piano piece in the world.
I heard it once in ep 11 of detective conan which was aired in 1996 and it instantly became my favourite

Lacrimosa and Moonlight Sonata are great picks. I highly recommend checking out the Hungarian Rhapsody no.2 by Liszt and the Masquerade Suite by Aram Khachaturian. It would be great to hear a mix of it by you. Great work bro!

Please do Chopin Op. 55 No. 1 in F minor. They actually combined it with “for the damaged coda” making the song “for the damaged Chopin” and it’s magnificent!
Moonlight Sonata Fits Eren as a character sooo well. So much anguish, fury, a sense of control, and a sense of no control at all. Just perfect.

Ever since I first learned it when i was 12ish, this has been my favorite classical piece to play. It is so full of emotion and beautiful moments. This is so far my favorite interpretation of it. Manages to capture the quiet and simple beauty and then breathe exceptional power and scale into the simple melody line.
The first two minutes give me real Children of Termina vibes, and I'm all here for it. Awesome job once again, Sam!

I picture a tear-jerking epic scene in the future of Resident Evil where Jill Valentine has to sacrifice herself to save her team.
Probably isn’t my top 3 version of this song, the og and the version in the house in Fata Morgana soundtrack called everybody’s crying I are at the very least better than this.

Moonlight Sonata is my favorite song, without a doubt I have never listened to a song as impactful as it, and when you combine it with AOT, and already impactful series with its own impactful OSTS, you create music that even the term masterpiece would be too much of an understatement to make.
