I have been looking to buy a loft in downtown and oh boy, its so difficult to find a place that is spacious and has many windows with a hard loft vibe. I love your loft! I rented a unit at the candy factory and it was pretty sick.
I know this was almost a year ago but one possible solution for the mirror is to cover it with a curtain. Use the same length and colour curtain for the windows.

Maybe diy around the mirror! It’ won’t be easy but if u change the boarders to fit your aesthetic I think it would be a really great opportunity to keep such an expensive mirror
