@@muffinwizard0619 both in the movie and how happen during the war, the m1903 Springfield where having issues with heat treatment and the numbers that could been use where not enough for AEF to use. so the Pattern 1914 Enfield was rechamber for US 30-06, cause there was many factories where build the Pattern 1914 Enfield for the brits in their .303. the Pattern 1914 Enfield in 30-06 where called M1917 Enfield or "United States Rifle, cal .30, Model of 1917.

i'd like to remember that the tanks used by the americans during ww1 that we can see in the video were solt to them by France or to be exact Renault who made the Renault FT: two versions one with a 37 mm canon and the other with a machine gun this tank for its time was revolutionary since it was smaller then the other tanks (so easier to produce in LAAAAARGE quantity) also compared to the german and british tanks it had a rotating turret wich the germans and british didnt have. Also the tank only required a crew of 2 so when a tank is destroyed there is minimal human lose. Also the tank is a light tank so enough to parry maching guns. in resume the Renault FT was the most goodly built in all ww1, both efficient, economical and suitable for industrial mass production. It played a leading role in the 1918 offensives during which it received the popular name of "victory tank".
