Having empathy in any career is so important. When I studying I was constantly checking out U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics which was such a useful tool. I didn't know the Kahn academy also had similar tools to help in finding careers, so many useful tips in this video! :)

I am 23 years old and really a visual person. I am training to go to product design uni, but I feel I might be better on more creative field. I have also ADD, my other interest is fashion, sustainable development, city planning, film making, makeup artist. Would be glad to see something related. Thanks for your job.

If I want to get into product design is going to university a bad choice? Such as a waste of time and finance? Or should I obtain the education and degree before looking for a job.
Hi there, that's totally your choice, remember going to university is not always the only option, what about an institute? Do some research about all the options out there, search for people on linkedin doing what you want to do and check out where and what they studied, ask them questions about how they got there

I'm heading for Product Design and Management MSc[ENG] in the fall and my goal is to be a product/program manager in a software company at the end of my master's program. I did Computer Science as my undergrad. Should I consider a different degree to become a Program/Product manager? What advice do you have for me?
Hi there! thank you so much for reaching out! well the truth is, i am not an expert on this area, however what i can advice you is to keep focusing on what you want to be in the long run and most importantly on gathering lots of working experience, by working of course and also volunteering in projects, doing some internships if possible and even working on projects as a side job. This will look great on your resume and you"ll get to know lots of people that will be inspire you and will be able to give you great advice on the education front.
Also, another advice from me would be to google people who's careers you admire and checkout their linkedin and their profile to see what and where they studied.

Things you got wrong:
- you ALWAYS need a portfolio
- you dont need Uni if your Portfolio is good enough
- Internship will not teach you new skills that you can put on your cv

Tbh i don't know. Have you tried contacting professionals in both and asking? Probably you can find them online
