Blood don’t clot in centrifugation. If you want the blood to clot. You need to stand the blood without any anticoagulant. Centrifugation of clotted blood gives you serum.
@PATHOGENESIS thanks for responding, so pre-centrifuge what change happens to the rbc's when the clotting agent is added to call it clotting? Thought it was because the rbc's weigh more than the plasma and centrafuging was just separation of blood.., consider the gasses lost and unaccounted for in centrafuging and plasmaphorsis.
Possible covalent bonding is a weight and balance mechanisms making rbc's appear to stick together, vessel restriction causes what appears to be clotting, rbc's repell rbc's and collect oxygen, plasma(cytoplasm) insulates rbc's
Great topic you have chosen,, it's very helpful for us Sir,🙏
Its very nice information but we dont have a centrifuse machine then how to remove serum without centrifuge.
Good presentation thank u
Thank you Sir for serving us enormously .... Very much helpful for us 🙂
Thank you
great stuff
Well done 💙
Wow.....it's amazing 🤩🤩😍
Plasma or serum which one is best for hair growth and hair fall
What is the problem when we centrifuge the blood but after centrifugation we haven't the plasma (the plasma is not separated )?
2:54 I think EDTA tubes (purple top tubes) shouldn't be centrifuged.
Si on peut , certains paramètres biochimiques on le fait sur tube EDTA
Knowledgeable video sir❤️
Amezing sir
Helpfull
What makes you think blood clots in centrifuging?
