    The fact that they set up the go fund me and have been spending so much time ensuring all of the donations go to deserving families had me in tears! The world needs more people with this amount of heart ❤️

    As a Hawaiian and local who was born and raised on Maui I truly appreciate the awareness you guys are bring to the tragedy I lost family members and my 2nd childhood home and a lot of my family members lost everything they had and no have nothing we are housing my grandmas side of the family who lost everything my grandmas childhood home and town burned to ash it’s really hard to come to terms with and heal from this but with people being awareness and helping out in whatever way they can without taking advantage of this really makes me happy. Us as native Hawaiian Kanaka Maoli have lost so much already. But this has definitely brought us as a community together and we will get through this as one. Mahalo to you and your Ohana🤍#Lahaina strong

    Praying for all the local families & the generational landowners! I hope one thing good can come out of this, like giving the locals their land back! You & your husband educated me on the history of Hawaii & ever since doing my own research & learning more of the tragic history of how the US stealing the land I’ve been telling anyone that will listen!!

    I think much healing will be possible when those responsible for the failures of basic emergency protocols are held accountable. The lack of water, the cops not allowing people to evacuate the city by closing all exits, the gov stopping people from getting supplies to the affected area and the costly putting up of “dust” screen around burnt area should be investigated and those responsible prosecuted.

    How did it all start? What was the reason for this to be man made? I would love to hear what the locals think. Don’t they have insurance to rebuild? I heard they shut the water off. If that is true that is so terrible.

    8/8 is also a astronomical/astrology date of significance too! I got goosebumps when y’all said 808 & that being hawaiis area code!

      I did too when she said that it happened on 808! It adds up to 7 in numerology which is the number of transformation. 8 is the number for infinity and balance. I experienced a powerful spiritual energy when I was in Lahaina in 2015. It is a very special place energetically. These numbers are very significant because I feel that this transformation WILL bring spiritual balance to the area by giving the land back to the people. This is not a coincidence. Powerful stuff working!

    God Bless everyone there suffering deeply in ways I myself, and so many of us can’t fathom. What strikes me the most on this very needed episode… there’s not the thousands of Likes and comments that are usually here. Please, we have to do better. This isn’t the usual airy, uplifting content of their beautiful, family and friends ..this is real HURT, trauma and helplessness.
    We have to diligently spread the word and make others aware. The go-fund-me account needs to keep building. The holidays are upon us and these families need so much more WAY AFTER the holidays. ❤ I’m a widow way too early and a single mom, and don’t think giving is easy for everyone.
    Please, keep helping all we can and just as importantly, help emotionally too with uplifting words of support, and educating ourselves on their beautiful culture and their current needs and wishes. Please forgive me if I’ve misspoken or miscommunicated what my heart was trying to convey. Bless you all💔❤️‍🩹🙏

    I was in the room when Army first responders left on the 9th for Maui from here on Oahu. It was not a week. We're looking at the 4th seal of Armageddon. An act of God. Luckily the dark agendas are not playing out. 8/8 is the Lions Gate and when the will of God plays out.

    • @The.Hawaiian.Kingdom
      @The.Hawaiian.Kingdom 11 месяцев назад +1

      Just because they supposedly left on the 9th (according to you) doesn’t mean they got to work helping on the 9th or 10th or a week later. *Everyone* there said the army weren’t anywhere to be seen. There hasn’t been a single person who said the army was there helping, so I’m gonna believe them.

    • @TheresaMonro
      @TheresaMonro 11 месяцев назад

      @@The.Hawaiian.Kingdom Please remember that we are in this togerher. I was in the room when this happened. Would you like to fly to Oahu, and I can perosnally invite you meet officials who wrote the warning orders for rapid deployment teams to go and assist with truama, which is one of my specialties? Or perhaps locals who flew over to help with delivery of supplies? I am not saying it was perfect,but let's not be ignorant. Our people were on the ground within 12 hours there. Not all in uniform either, and they are still going there. Go to the shelters personally, and ask people if they had chaplains, mental health, and medical. Ask if any care inthe community providers stepped up to the plate. Because we did and I helped make that happen. Be well.

      @TheresaMonro 11 месяцев назад

      @KatKamalani No need to say sorry. You're reporting neutrally. The comment from the guy above was uneducated. I wish more would be reported on the efforts behind the scenes but a lot can't be reported on publicly by military. Again, it hasn't been perfect.

    • @rebeccasoto2240
      @rebeccasoto2240 11 месяцев назад

      @TheresaMonro it hasn't been perfect because the upper powers are stalling not wanting to give it their all. Where there is a will there is a way no matter how complicated it gets. According to the wisdom of God their is a million ways to neg o tiate one problem. I don't a willingness here to do what is right. At week 2 those ashes should of been gathered and by now structures already rebuilt. Learn from the ant. She don't need no one to tell her what to do . She just makes it happen. Just do it!
