      Me in my mind:
Dude, you had it on a cutting board already, then you cut it on a glass plate, and transferred the fudge to a different plate, so you dirtied your cutting board for no reason, scratched up a glass plate, dulled your knife, AND you didn't serve the fudge on the glass plate, so you dirtied that up for no reason too!

I like the part where he took it off the cutting board after displaying its first form, so he could cut it on a round clear glass plate, then put it on a white plate and dirtied that plate up with cocoa powder, then went and put it on a different white plate because he messed up the first one. Lol let's take it off this chopping board, where it'll be easy to cut, and put it on a curved plate smaller than the knife so it'll make the job a lot slower and harder. Also make sure the knife is blunt so it adds a bit more difficulty to the process. Love it.

This is "Brigadeiro", the most tradicional and popular candy in Brasil. We put the butter in the beggining of cooking and is possible to do modify the cooking time to do more creamy, called "Spoon Brigadeiro" or doing little balls with the hands, if you spend more cooking time. This is possibly the most traditional brazilian sweet and it's called "brigadeiro". We usually make it when we are in a funk, when we have a party with a bunch of friends and want something fast to make or even to watch a movie. We also eat with a spoon directly from the pan (we are not like "yo don't double dip" or whatever when we are between close friends) and still hot. Just mix condensed milk, cocoa powder or any chocolate powder and butter, then mix for 5~10 minutes on low heat and it's ready to go. Grab your spoon and wreak havoc lol. A classic.

That were my thoughts too......When my bathroom was tiled with marble tiles, there were 4 tiles left ( 25 x 50 cm ). I glued pieces of felt to the bottom, ( in each corner and in the middle ), and now use them as cutting boards. Sometimes you can get leftover tiles from a tiler for a few cents. ( I gave two away and they were gladly accepted )......
Incidentally, this also works well with ceramic tiles. You can use it well to put hot pots on it. By the way, if you put the marble slap in the freezer overnight and then spread warm, liquid chocolate on it, you can scrape it into rolls with a spatula or you can create other things for your cakes. There are no limits to your imagination. Have fun baking.......

I thought that too (use the cutting board). Also when cutting more even squares, I make the first cut through the middle with a knife run under hot water and then keep dividing that part until I get those cut. Then again start at the middle in the other direction and work out because it is easier to judge more even portions rather than starting at one far end and guessing to the other side. That's only for appearances since they will be just as delicious if squares are uneven.

Instead of the cooking step, grind up milk arrowroot biscuits (Look them up and check ingredients, you may have something similar available if not them) Then you don't need to cook, just roll into balls the size of large grapes etc and refrigerate. Can also roll them in crushed nuts or other toppings like sprinkles etc

Nós fazemos bolinhas e passamos no chocolate granulado e em seguida colocamos em forminhas de papel cada bolinha passada no chocolate granulado. É um doce de comemoraçao de aniversário.
