Good gracious, i could listen to this man(professor) the whole day. He is one of the few silver minds who are not selfish but always put the next generation first., hence he said in one of his presentation that we need to accept that there will be a generation that will plant a tree, and that which will water the tree, and the one to prune the tree and the last one will enjoy the shade.

I totally agree. But I would add to the education system the need for honesty, compassion and transparency as public officers. Also we need to make materialism the least important visible sign of success . Freedom from mental slavery a must.

The conversation was very meaningful and Professor P Lumumba was absolutely right. I think African leaders should welcoming people like Lumumba so that they may get some innovative ideas. The point that he rose up about DRCongo was good. AU must lead with Pan African so that it can have the power to control African countries, if SADEC is unable to talk or be against about what’s going in My country DRCongo as young African i am afraid of all African institutions. 😌😌😌😌😌

As a young African youth a citizen from a country called Zambia i would love to encourage all my fellow African youths or i say round Africa continent to says that let us work up and stand up together to fight for what belongs to us, let us not keep quiet when the chainise people they are occupying our land in Africa. The question that we have to ask our selves that why these people are runing away from their own countries, what are they following in Africa ? the answer is that it's because Africa is fully of rich soil and minerals so my fellow men and women let us support prof Lumumber on his ideas of how Africa continent can change and develop our on continent and also encourage those people who are in position of leadership to work together. I love prfof Lumumber's inspiration , he inspires a lot of Africans people

Professor has his eye on the correct game, africa should awaken, africa needs to be rid of jealousy of his own brothers. be rid of obsolete education, grow food naturally, tear down the border control throughout the continent, south africa must lead in this aspect not bask in a fading preserve of that we are better, or we are separate.

We do have a massive young people who are willing to develop Africa. However, the problem is the African education systems continuing to limit our youth to not thinking out of the box. It mostly teaches them how to pass exams and look for a job. Professor PLO Lumumba is one of the keys leaders today in Africa as he said we need more innovate and inventors youth to build Africa. In which we do have some few youths who are trying to implement ideas, but there is less support from the poor African leadership. There are mostly concerned with western ideas. There are good on talking and less on the action. I publish my first book call: Misleading of the African Mindset, which i believe all of us in Africa: youth and leadership we need to change our mindset. This can only be successful by improving or changing the western educational system we adopted to an African educational system that will address more about our needs. Please read my blogs to find out more about my book via the link below africanyouthinventions.co.za/emery-loukombo/

I hope you know that young American blacks and Jamaicans have been moving to different African countries across the continent in recent years, many of them to settle there permanently, right?
There is nothing to stop you from moving to African should you want to do so even today and reclaim your heritage. There are 54 independent countries in Africa. The African continent is 11.73 million square miles (30.37 million square km) in area with 1.2 billion people. If Jamaica were a country in Africa it would be the 49th largest country on the continent.
By "highlands" I hope you meant to say the diaspora and not the lands of the "high." 😭😭😭😭😭😭

Great conversation about the steps needed to be taken to downsize the unemployment and underemployment specifically in Botswana and other African countries within the continent. Certainly, Information should be given out on how to harness the resources a country has and that is the duty of the government to let its citizens be aware of what they have and how to make use of it, to benefit the people and the economy at large. For there to be great employment opportunities for people within the African countries, there must be free movement of people from country to country for the purpose of finding or securing employment. If that happens generally Africa as a whole will start to see positive changes in the lives of its sons and daughters that are ready to help themselves through their own abilities.

Every African living on the African continent must awaken to travel this great continent to find new opportunities for their African growth. We all as black people in the diaspora and the world must awaken themselves to this great opportunity for our life that present itself to the motherland. African population must be open to our own African people black people all over. We must share our resources in education many African are so education, just they need to believe in the continent that they can travel within the African continent itself to be employed. Using their respective education that they obtain in Africa to benefit themselves in another African country by travelling inside the United Kingdom of Africa.

I'm going to say this and some people may disagree. Put Africa people the greatness is in you it's been suppressed for hundreds of years it is in your DNA passed out from your ancestors all the knowledge of the universe is there. And up blacker you are, with in you is a heavier dose this is why you're coming against more . You are really a genius a black gold that hasn't been tapped into in hundreds of years you have knowledge within you that would turn this world right side up which now we are going upside down in reverse. Without salt the world has lost its flavor. This is what running the world now it has no connections or passion to Mother Earth or the universe, it's just an evil entity.

That accompanied by, fighting corruption in our african countries by being patriotic not only to our own various countries but africa as whole, being self esteemed to my view are the ways for african countries to fight unemployment in youth for arica.

*THIS IS HOW WE EVEN THE PLAYING FIELD HERE IN THE US AND ON THE African Continent:*
*"We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them."* Albert Einstein
What we need to create is a *"National Black Economic Development Fund,"* backed by *one million employed Blacks;* to generate capital to fund new Black businesses and other socioeconomic programs *without remuneration!* It's CRITICAL we pool our resources and build a *PRIVATE SECTOR* for ourselves and completely STOP depending on the government. #EconomicSelfSacrefice
*Just imagine If we had at least 1 million employed Blacks pledging $1.25 USD a week, towards creating capital to fund new Black businesses and each funded business, in return, pledges $50 to $100 a week. Just imaging the type of exponential economic success we'll be able to achieve, when 1 million Black businesses (through legal agreement) are contributing $50 to $100 towards funding even more Larger Black businesses etc. It will take "Collaborative Intelligence: (Using Teams to Solve Hard Problems)" to solve the problems we face; under the system of white supremacy! Building a Black Private Sector and ending the dependency on those who continue to oppress us begins with this concept.*
*The only solution against white supremacy racism, is the invariable practice of True Black Group Economics:*
*One million Blacks for Economic Empowerment*
*First layer:* one million employed Blacks pledging $1.25 a week to create Capital to fund new and existing black businesses. The goal is to fund 1 million businesses; who will through legal agreement or sworn oath, donate $100 a week towards funding larger socioeconomic projects.
*Second layer:* all funded Black businesses donate $100 a week to generate more Capital to fund larger manufacturing companies, Black owned Media, provide transport, vocational schools, health centers, livestock, farm lands, whole food stores, bakeries, farmers markets, groceries, credit unions, gas stations, sport leagues, Naturopathic medicines, import and export, etc. etc.
*Third layer:* politics, take total control of State government
*The ONLY solution against white supremacy is: Sustainable Black Group Economics! NOT individualism!*
    *SOLUTION:* MEGA Black crowd Funding!
*Intelligence* is defined as (according to Psychology):
"the ability to benefit from past experience (good or bad), *act purposefully, solve problems,* and *adapt to new situations..* understand and handle abstract concepts, and *use knowledge to manipulate one’s environment."*
    www.britannica.com/topic/human-intelligence-psychology
*This concept (mentioned above) represents the antithesis of our conditioning under the system of capitalism; which forces us to think in terms of individual gains. The idea is to create capital to fund Black businesses, without ANYONE being able to pocket any of the funds, except those (small business owners) who are qualified through a screening and education process. When a nation goes to "war" no one is there to profit. This concept is NOT about filling anyone's pockets. It calls for Economic Self Sacrifice, Self Determination, Self Reliance and Self Sufficiency. We need to use our Brightest Minds to perfect this concept. Crowdfunding platforms already exist; therefore, we do not have to reinvent the "proverbial wheel." True Intelligence is a measure of what we've collectively accomplish as a people and not what we're able to achieve as "individuals."*

`Africa is not the name of the Continent. What was her name before the Europeans called her Africa? To the Europeans she was Africa.. So they divided her up. Her original citizens The Negroid inhabitants who are the indigenous peoples in The Continent, were not united. They were Africans before the Europeans conquered the land. but the land was not Africa -' a place to divide', until the Europeans gave Her that label. Maybe she will be united under her rightful name but never under the label that literally means " a place to divide".

What languages are used in African parliaments and administration in government? What languages are used at the AU and regional summits? Are they not European languages and yet African has more than 2,000 indigenous languages?
