I was in Seattle in 2009 and i got some great shots of that city and yes you are correct when you say when it starts to rain it doesn’t stop .great photos .
i m french, i visited seattle 2 times but never been in this university, i didnt know the place ! but i took great shots in the seattle library central. awesome place for photography . and i liked your shots from balard the most
I just retired so I thought I would give photography a try. I just bought the Sony A7RV, Sony 85mm GM 2 f/1.4, Sony FE 200-600mm G f/5.6-6.3 and the Sony 35mm GM f/1.4 Whenever I start a new hobby I hate upgrading later
Love the images of the university, such great light in there. Totally agree with your statement about the X1D, owning a X1DII myself. Greetings from Germany and please keep on showing your images here
Yay fellow Seattlite! I loved this video and loved your photos-do keep up the wonderful work! Definitely subscribing; looking forward to what you share next!
I live in Seattle and like doing street photography. The street of Seattle during the week are relatively empty making street photography difficult. I like taking photographs of people. Thus I go to the Pike Street Market. During the weekend there are plenty of people. They aren’t doing anything interesting. They take photos of the market and walk the street. As a result, my Seattle street photography has changed. I take a lot of candid portraits with a long lens. I also do color intentional camera movement images. My real street phototherapy is done in New York City. I am using Fuji gear in Seattle. When I ago to NYC I use my LUMIX M43 gear as I’m on the street for 10 hours a day. Mask On Nurse Marty (Ret)
What I nice relaxing video that university building was gorgeous and this icon 😮 for not seeing Harry Potter 😂. A Hasselblad X1D as a proposal present thats something else. My girlfriend would never do that 😂. At least she gave me my beautiful daughter so that is more then enough. Contemplating of selling my Fuji X gear to get the Hasselblad X1D or X1D ii. That's how I got here. (Have other gear like a Canon R8 for when you need autofocus, but hard to let go the brand I started with almost 10 years with Fujifilm) Nice that your still enjoying the Hasselblad X1D og. Hope you keep making these relaxing videos. Subscribed.
@MrWiseinheart thanks for your comment. Yes, I have but feel its a bit overpriced also already own the Ricoh GRIII and Panasonic G100 as small camera's for everyday use and am in my telezoom era. Interested in the X-E5 though that will come in 2025 according to rumours, but we'll have to wait and see. Its all not medium format though. Could go for the GFX series if I wanted, but the Hasselblad X1D looks so good and there is something about the name and I did hold the og X1D at Photokina in 2017. So it has become the camera for me to lust after.
I don’t know - some of my most creative shots are in various forms of inclement weather conditions … use your creativity and imagination - never let weather stop photography.
Thank you for the video; but your "click" doesn't sound healthy. It sounds like something is scratching metal to metal and about to break. And really doesn't sound like a camera, if you ask me. Maybe consider another one as you don't want that simple reason to be why we don't stick around for the entire video.
@@ricardowu3544 Wow! What a shame to discover. I have never had the pleasure to shoot a Hasselblad, so I didn't know. It's a digital camera, so it's a "manufactured" sound and not a mechanical one. The fact that they "chose this sound" is unfortunate to my ear. Thank you for sharing this. I consider it to be an awful sound. And it makes the camera sound slow.
Excellent shots and video. I just ordered an X1D and can't wait for it to come in!

Beautiful and so fun!
Surprising wedding ring, gonna see it will stay forever
I’ve never been to Seattle, but I’ve lived in Europe for more than 20 years. What a resemblance! And great photos by the way. Cheers from Panama 🇵🇦
Nice video and pics - fun to see how someone else sees Seattle through a lens.
the transition to 0:22 is so cute haha i love it

NY always has tons of interesting scenes to capture!
Nice work. I look forward to visiting Seattle next week for a conference. Hope to do a bit of street photography while we are there.
Welcome to Seattle! The foliage is gorgeous now
Amazing work
Keep them coming!
Beautiful shots. Nice to meet another street photog in Seattle.
So peaceful

Have you looked into the Fujifilm x100?

@@rbos6001 😅 lust after... Hopefully you can find it used for cheaper price and try it out.
beautiful video, well done!
Nice photos. Are those SOOC or edited?

woww Cool..I could never ever that Hasselblad ,in my dreams I could lol
What a beautiful content . Keep going . Hope the youtube gods bless you ❤
vlog動画素晴らしいです。 私はライカQ3を使ってます。 でもハッセルブラッドカメラはとても良く魅力的です。 日本より応援します。次回の動画楽しみです。
I love the sound of hassle blade
Really nice video. ❤❤❤ TFS
I got my wife an engagement ring, but I bet she would've preferred a sewing machine.
Problem is, she already had one of those.
There's always a better sewing machine 😅
👍👍
Omg I miss the Bellevue views 😭😭
How many bodyguards you had with you for shutting streets in Seattle with X1D :D
I’d get married again…just for the camera.
I don't think that's how it works 🤣
Ok, you lost me when you said that, you haven't watched the Harry Potter movies lol.
X1D is too big (intrusive) and heavy for street photography. If you want class, a Leica M. If you are practical, a Fujifilm will do the job

Bro that’s the original shutter click sound from the camera.
