Love that the ML and FL both had a pretty solid support system behind them, the sister and her husband were probably the most realistic and sensible portrayal of family seen to take - need more of this. This was a rather gentle take of the usual rebirth story, and didn’t involve as many crazy scheming.
She became such a savage 😂 “if you’re not going to use your brain you should donate it” 🫠 “you’ve been abroad so long you can’t understand Chinese” loved it!
This FL is just awesome. ML is typical narcissist (not just a person with low EQ) thankfully not sociopath or physcopath. Love that the brother in law explained to ML clearly his faults and how his actions killed FL's self worth and any love she had for ML. ML sister was also great, a loyal friend to ML and FL (very hard to do in the case of divorced friends). ML treatment of FL was truly unkind not just cold. I didn't catch a "reason" for his conduct towards her. Another case of "forgive in the last 5 minutes" and even without a kidnapping or stabbing.
Yes exactly, if he had not met her yet, like in other similar stories, it would make more sense that he was unconcerned when she was in an accident about to die, but what he did was proof of someone who should never be trusted again,. Wish they would have let her be on her own in the end. Just because a man changes to get a woman back doesn't mean he is permanently changed. If abusive people were constant in their abuse no one would stay with them, they find good-hearted people to trust them and who forgive them over and over again during their "nice" times. They would have improved the plot if his original behavior when she was dying had been some misunderstanding, (a good writer could figure something out, surely), which could have justified her decision to be with him in the end.
I don’t think they explained in this version but in another one, it was explained that he did that to her because he thought she was there for his money and she was lying to him. Also his comment when they called was because he thought she was doing it for attention (stupid, I know). Ultimately it was because he felt she was lying to him from the very start. That coupled with the fact that he didn’t want to marry her in the first place - he felt he basically had no reason to treat her with respect.
I LIKE THE DRAMA. the thing that really convinced the FL lead was that he did not go to his office (he hasn’t even shaved!!) & stayed watching her while she was in the hospital. That was the complete opposite to his behaviour before, when he completely ignored her in their 1 year of marriage. I am GLAD that there was no mistress, and there Was a lot of family love from the sister and brother-in-law. Thank you for uploading this WHOLESOME, ENJOYABLE DRAMA!!!
This was toooo good......The Dialogues where literally hilarious 🤣 I wish the ending was done little bit better it was very sudden Stil the drama is totally worthit !! The only regret is lack of romance....they literally don’t have proper romance scenes together which i was waiting for:(
This was a really good drama! The length, right at 3 hrs, is a little daunting but honestly it allows the drama to do the script justice without glossing over information or skipping around. FL became a bada$$ with her "Rebirth/Revenge" to everybody, stopped being so timid and submissive and actually stood up for herself and started speaking her mind. ML, he was the typical ice-cold CEO who was forced into a marriage but didn't care for FL -- funny enough it seemed everyone around him liked FL way more than the 2FL, kept telling ML so as well. ML had a good support system of his older sister/brother-in-law/younger brother or cousin who kept pointing him in the direction of FL, older sister liked FL better than ML anyways and kept telling him so. ML wasn't a horrible guy, wasn't abusive or overly controlling, he was just cold and somewhat neglected FL. FL of course had a rather bad family, Father/stepmother/half-sister/half-brother, who kept trying to force her out of the family and wanted her shares in the company. If you have the 3hrs to invest, this drama is really worth it! They took the typical "Rebirth/Revenge" script and really did it justice without the horrible torture, abuse, drugging, and kidnapping but really focused on FL and ML's relationship and feelings.
My husband, in the past, could act cold and seemingly uncarring. You need to see through it. When something happens to me or he's jealous you see a totally different man. They love, care and cherish the way they feel safe to show you. In the meanwhile they would do everything to protect you. When they grow older it will change but to the outside world, not so much. And yeah finally a normal drama where you can look without being irritated.
He was more than neglectful when they called him from the ambulance he said call me when she is dead. Just like the Brother-in -law said cold violence is as bad as domestic violence. But you are right he wasn't that bad this really is a good story!!

God gave her a chance to be free from the man who doesn't want to see/help her while she's breathing her last but she still love & ends up with him 😑😑😑 He married her as a substitute, changed after her rebirth just because he felt unsettled that she immediately signed divorce papers, 'doesn't want a penny from him' & pestered him for divorce which hurt his ego. He is ML here otherwise, this kind of man is not worth it. His love came at the cost of her death and rebirth. In 3hours, leads just keep going with push and pull thing. SFL side was never resolved. The second plot developed on FL's family was also not resolved. ML told her she's not anyone's substitute and her heart changed, he decided to pursue her. Then soon she hv car accident, this time he stay by her side so she agrees to remarry him.

The domestic violence in other similar dramas is horrifying and the way males are portrayed I hope is not standard for Chinese males. I know these are just dramas but the brutal attacks against women (and women against women) repels me and it is hard to watch many of these dramas. I like that the ML does not need his fists to assert himself.
2nd time I'm seeing chasing wife crematorium combined with rebirth. Blend of these two is like a pure sin. I don't why they're mixing these genre. Months ago, there was a drama with this mix and that FL left him for good! She also made him remember his sins from past life.
I like her new of personality after rebirth where she finally fought for herself and did not take crap from anyone. But ML sudden interest in her fell into those clichéd scenario where her change of attitude became the trigger. IMO his ego got punched so hard by FL when she resolutely wanted to break away from him. He thought of himself as the sweetest cake FL shouldn't resist and went nuts when he found she no longer liked him. ML disdained her when she was soft and meek. Even indirectly told her to go die. Another ML who doesn't deserve a wife!!! The plot forgot to address so many things like the outcome of her crappy family for example...
He really cannot understand how much he has hurt and betrayed her ,No sympathy for him at all...That he dismissed her when she was dying must sting and sit deep in her soul.I know she goes back to him but Im glad she is making him work hard to redeem himself ,if that is possible !😯

I think the point of this drama is love & respect yourself first. Don't sacrifice yourself. Don't lower yourself for someone else. From ml point "you only understand what you have after you lost it" saying fits. Kinda feels like he had feelings for her just was stubborn stupid a$shole. Based of how he reacts, what his brother in law said seems fitting. He was secure in her love & not to go anywhere. He took her for granted. But the moment she said lets divorce it shaked the ground. It was like a slap ml needed to wake up. But his courting sometimes was like teenager boy who thought throwing stone will draw attention of a girl he has crush on. That apologize wasn't it. Thought I have to give him points the way he was with his ex. He wasn't stringing her along like some ml does. And he wasn't using her to make fl jealousy because that stupid when ml does. Also he wasn't helpful to fl sister. I like when ml aren't helpful to vipers. That before rebirth "let me know when she dies to collect her body" is kinda unclear. It might be he tought she was playing to get attention from him. Seeing his reaction to the reality would had been important point considering he didn't seemed to be abusive to her just indifferent & cold.

這部劇好看，男主不是一點腦子都沒有的渣男，女主也非逆來順受的主兒，劇中的姐姐、姐夫、特助、姐夫的弟弟都是善良可愛的人，是一部可以好好從頭看到尾的劇
這套劇，整個劇組很棒喔！故事導的演的剪的都很順暢，沒有太多奇怪的表現。雖然這些套路這幾個月的短劇都用過，但故事說的順不順，有沒有讓人想看完或再看，整個劇組配合和功力也很重要。

男女主身边人都是理智好人。有爱护女主的姐姐，姐夫，朋友，助理，还有帮助女主的小白。
没有挡刀就赢了女主的套路，没有恶婆婆或替身女二当恩人能踩着女主走的那种戏码，只有个脑子不好使的男主。
更没有女主离开男主后，需要靠突如其来的认亲暴富/永远只能当备胎的男二来衬托自己的身份。
这剧的女主因为醒悟了，要好好善待自己而刚起来！

All i can say is I like this mini drama ,writers actors actresses extra etc.some sence may feel seem comical in saying but it speaks alot about how couples married wakeup realize either how regard their selves &partners worth.😊

The domestic violence in other similar dramas is horrifying and the way males are portrayed I hope is not standard for Chinese males. I know these are just dramas but the brutal attacks against women (and women against women) repels me and it is hard to watch many of these dramas. I like that the ML does not need his fists to assert himself.
Really great story and the actors were great. Loved loved loved the FL and ML....on to the next!!!

2nd time I'm seeing chasing wife crematorium combined with rebirth. Blend of these two is like a pure sin. I don't why they're mixing these genre. Months ago, there was a drama with this mix and that FL left him for good! She also made him remember his sins from past life.

I like her new of personality after rebirth where she finally fought for herself and did not take crap from anyone. But ML sudden interest in her fell into those clichéd scenario where her change of attitude became the trigger. IMO his ego got punched so hard by FL when she resolutely wanted to break away from him. He thought of himself as the sweetest cake FL shouldn't resist and went nuts when he found she no longer liked him.
ML disdained her when she was soft and meek. Even indirectly told her to go die. Another ML who doesn't deserve a wife!!!
The plot forgot to address so many things like the outcome of her crappy family for example...
He really cannot understand how much he has hurt and betrayed her ,No sympathy for him at all...That he dismissed her when she was dying must sting and sit deep in her soul.I know she goes back to him but Im glad she is making him work hard to redeem himself ,if that is possible !😯

I think the point of this drama is love & respect yourself first. Don't sacrifice yourself. Don't lower yourself for someone else.
From ml point "you only understand what you have after you lost it" saying fits. Kinda feels like he had feelings for her just was stubborn stupid a$shole. Based of how he reacts, what his brother in law said seems fitting. He was secure in her love & not to go anywhere. He took her for granted. But the moment she said lets divorce it shaked the ground. It was like a slap ml needed to wake up.
But his courting sometimes was like teenager boy who thought throwing stone will draw attention of a girl he has crush on. That apologize wasn't it. Thought I have to give him points the way he was with his ex. He wasn't stringing her along like some ml does. And he wasn't using her to make fl jealousy because that stupid when ml does. Also he wasn't helpful to fl sister. I like when ml aren't helpful to vipers.
That before rebirth "let me know when she dies to collect her body" is kinda unclear. It might be he tought she was playing to get attention from him. Seeing his reaction to the reality would had been important point considering he didn't seemed to be abusive to her just indifferent & cold.
